Discover this new apartment of 55 m on the 5th floor with elevator in the heart of Paris. 30 minutes direct by metro from Eiffel Tower. You will appreciate this accommodation for the quiet area, the comfortable beds, the services offered (TV, Wifi, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, hair dryer...)

All our mattresses are equipped with anti-bed bug covers, the bedding is washed at 60 degrees Celsius between each passage, all surfaces are steamed. The apartment is fully available. - 1 bedroom with 2 single bunk beds 90x 190 adults each bed (2 guests)

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment had everything we needed and our host was very responsive. Good access to metro and we enjoyed the local restaurants.

The host was terrific the entire duration of our stay. He was available to answer any questions we had and the communication was appreciated. The location was perfect! Everything you could need was within a 10 minute walk. The apartment itself was exactly how the listing depicts it-cosy. There was enough room for our family of 4, but I will say that if you have smaller children, the kids room is by the front door and on the opposite side of the apartment from the master. For an older building, it was really well kept, and you just have to look past some of the older quirks to really appreciate it. 10/10 would recommend this apartment and location.
