We couldn’t always open the door properly, and the apartment was not very clean. There was a closed door connecting our room to the neighboring condo, which made the room extremely noisy. We could hear every person coming in and out as if they were inside our room. The toilet was also very small and cramped. Unfortunately, I would not recommend staying here.

I would like to write a complain about my booking in Paris (Nets Inn Apartments - Robida) I have booked an apartment for 5 people. On the pictures of the apartment on booking.com I saw a big apartment with a big couch, nice shower and two rooms with two big beds. Today after going into the apartment it was a very small room where there isn't even enough space to put all of our bags. A very small bathroom and two rooms where there's only space for the bed and not more. And in the living room there's a couch which is too small to lay on - even if extended (which will take up the whole living room - closing the emergency exit). I booked the apartment one month ago and it didn't say anything from that the pictures are from different apartments they offer. We expected the apartment from the given pictures and also the picture which is on our booking (pictures 1-4). Two more pictures show that the couch is 1. not long enough to sleep on and 2. it's not possible to extend the couch without putting the table in front of the apartments (emergency) exit. When booking it one month ago it didn't say any specific square meters of the apartment. But as visible on the pictures it is bigger then the apartment we got now. The smallest apartment they offer is ~35 square meters but the apartment we recieved now looks a lot smaller then that because there's not even space to move and definitely not enough space to rent it for 5 people! So I wish next guest can also be able to know REAL amount of square meters of their choice.

Great use of space and very cozy.

There are no drains. We were filling the bath and it over floated but we could not drain it nor mop it.

With a few small adjustments the apartment would be much more comfortable.

Great location, close to the metro stop in a quiet neighborhood with supermarkets, bars and restaurants nearby and of good quality. Excellent cleanliness of the rooms.

There is no wardrobe, coat rack, chest of drawers, soap dish. Need an instruction sheet for the use of the induction plate and the boiler. The toilet is very uncomfortable.

Location is good

Stay away from this property at any cost Water runs out if one person takes bath/shower We had no water in the basin in the bathroom Kids felt electric shock in the electric shower No internet Tv was in the French language Despite of contacting property owner for so many times no response Initially they provided false details for WiFi login and then kept excusing about internet services during the entire stay and I had to turned on roaming on the phone to use internet that cost me even more money . Bad service No facilities at the property We wanted to leave the property within 24 hours of arrival but owner wasn’t bothered to respond to my messages about refund so a big no from us this property has ruined our holidays

It was okay but could be better

The rooms were tight, there was no Wi-Fi and internet connection there wasn’t stable. Also toilet door couldn’t get closed, the heating in one of the rooms didn’t work.

Fair for the price paid but it need to update the advertise about the internet connection.

The location, tranport connection and cleanlines were good. there are two train stations close to the property and some amenities around such as a bakery, LIDL, coffee shops.

We dislike because they offer internet connection that they haven't, we cplaint about it and they responded it was a tecnical issue but after revising some reviews, we found there are many comments about the internet. The rooms are very small. They rooms looks bigger in the pictures.

We have been scammed by this booking. Someone was allready occupying the appartement. We called booking and we're advised to call the police! Of course we refused. After 3 hours waiting Booking agreed to cancel the booking. Don't book this appartment

Accès très compliqué car les codes donnés ne correspondent pas aux 2 boîtiers, les numéros de tel ne fonctionnent pas. Les autres locataires du no6 n’ont pas non plus réussi à ouvrir.

Маленькая и удобная квартира, кровати очень удобные,для недолгого проживания хорошо, удобное расположение, недалеко метро и автобусы. В квартире есть всё необходимое.

Non consiglio.

Le indicazioni per raggiungere la struttura non erano esatto. La struttura non era adatta per il numero delle persone dichiarate, la pulizia era scadente (materasso sporco, asciugamani macchiati e non sufficienti per 4 persone). Mancava di appendini, inoltre la porta ha tre centri metri di altezza da terra che generava freddo. Le pareti erano troppo sottili e si sentiva tutto il vicinato. Il servizio di Wi-Fi non andava. Inoltre abbiamo preso contatto con la struttura che ha deciso di non fornirci l’assistenza adeguata, poiché il proprietario decide di parlare solo francese e non c’è possibilità di un confronto. Il pavimento era sconnesso e alzato da terra e c’era parecchia polvere per tutto l’appartamento.

Pas de réception à la résidence . Heureusement que le personnel de Booking nous a aidés pour trouver le code . Nous ne savions même pas quelle porte correspondait à notre hébergement . L'appartement pour 5 est TRES EXIGU !

Nur wenn man die Unterkunft nur zum Schlafen braucht und sich auf die Touren in Paris konzentriert.

Die Lage ist gut, dazu muss man aber sehr Fit sein um die Treppen hoch zu klettern (nach der Metro zum Plateau wo die Wohnungen sind). In der Umgebung nahe der Metro hat es eine gute Bäckerei, einen Pub und einen kleinen Laden oder auch einen Wochenmarkt. Das Geschäft "Lidel" ist etwas weiter weg aber auch zu Fuss erreichbar.

Vor der Wohnung ist es sehr schmutzig: Vor der Türe sind die Hinterlassenschaften von irgendwelchen Hunden. Man muss aufpassen wohin man tritt. Die Tür kann man nicht gut schliessen. Das Sofa ist sehr klein und nicht geeignet zum Schlafen. Die Wegbeschreibung und Adresse hat 2 Routen angegeben. Das Appartement war vorher nicht als Wohnung konzipiert, was man deutlich erkennen kann, wenn man das real sieht z.B. Schlafabteil mit geschlossener Stahltüre zu einem Gebäude gang, links vom Bett zur Wand 30 cm Platz, rechts ist das Bett an der Wand.

Las paredes son delgadas, en el apartamento de al lado que gestiona este mismo establecimiento, todas las noches estuvieron haciendo fiesta y no nos dejaron dormir, daban golpes con las puertas y gritos. No tuvimos internet a pesar de que lo avisamos, nadie acudio a revisarlo en varios días. Las contraseñas del internet están pegadas a la vista de cualquiera en la calle. NO HAY VENTANAS.

Séjour agréable, parfait !

Proximité des transports métro et bus à quelques mètres du logement, emplacement calme.linge de maison fournie, produits de douche. Fer à repasser, sèche-cheveux, cafetière, bouilloire, nickel ! Ventilateurs a disposition bien nécessaire au mois d'août.

Une hotte aspirante serait la bienvenue (peut-être prévu ???? ) et la table qui est un mange debout est très juste pour 3 personnes. Une table escamotable style ikea avec rallonges escamotables serait mieux appropriée tout en conservant l'espace. Un balais et une pelle serait pratiques, pour les séjours de plusieurs jours.

La cama era comodísima, como la de un hotel.

Las fotos estaban totalmente manipuladas para hacer ver que el piso es mucho más grande. Las habitaciones son enanas, no puedes nada más que tirarte directamente a la cama a dormir. No hay armarios tampoco. En cuanto a utensilios hay lo justo. Además de eso, las habitaciones están pegadas la una a la otra y tienen una ventana de por medio, no hay prácticamente privacidad entre ellas. Es caro para lo que ofrece, pero bueno es París, no puedes esperar mucho más.

Ne mérite pas le prix payé

Une seule fenetre dans la chambre. Le reste de l appartement est borgne. Je n y ai que passé la nuit mais c est un problème majeur, et non signalé sur le site. Il faut le faire apparaître. A ce prix là, et sans fenêtre, on espère ai moins un placard pour les habits, quelques dosettes de café...

Чисто, комфортно, близько до метро і супермаркету. Тонкі стіни, і таке враження, що сусіди в тебе в квартирі. Але так, як ми приходили до дому лише переночувати, то тільки під ранок вони нас будили. І якщо вночі треба сходити в туалет, треба було перелазити через кровать на якій спав син. В цілому - відчуття наче ти Гаррі Потер, який спить під сходами. Нам сподобалось. І такі дрібниці нам відпустку не псували. Ми з цього сміялися. В номері є все: праска, фен, кавоварка, посуд. Не вистачало ще якихось полиць, куди можна по складати речі.

У помешканні не має: ні чаю, ні кави ні солі. Ми залишили чай та каву, але думаю, що їх забере персонал. Це б було приємно, адже коли ти приїздиш пізно ввечері, і супермаркет не працює, це квест найти магазинчик в якому це можна купити.
