Close to metro, nice quiet area, close to local amenities. Sofa bed is big and comfortable.
There is no ventilation in the bathroom or toilet, so gets very steamy after shower. The toilet has sewage smell from now and then. Bed is very small.

Appartement situé dans une rue piétonne donc très calme. Confort et propreté très appréciables. Proximité des commerces et restaurants.
Difficulté à se garer à proximité pour dé/charger les bagages. Pas de proposition de place dans le parking souterrain au moment de la location.
Prix un peu élevé.

Tiszta, viszonylag tágas, a nappaliban a kihúzható kanapé mellett is kényelmesen elfértünk. A fotelben a lábtartó zsámollyal kényelmes volt ücsörögni. Szép a kilátás, mi a 4.emeleten laktunk. A szemben lévő iskola nem volt zavaró reggel, este meg csendes volt a környék. Auchan a sarkon, vendéglátóhelyek pár utcára, s a Buttes Chaumont parc jó sétahely reggel, napközben s este is.
A fürdő tiszta volt, törülközők is rendben, de 1 kis tégely tusfürdő 3 embernek 3 éjszakára kevés. Írják azt, hogy nincs pipere, s akkor visz az utazó. A konyhába is vagy több mosogató tabletta a gépbe 3 napra, vagy adjanak mosogatószert. Az ágynemű tiszta volt, de a nappali ágyára nem volt felhúzva az ágynemű, és amit kaptunk, túl nagy huzat volt. De megoldottuk. Egyikünk a huzattal, másikunk a paplannal takarózott.

I liked everything about the property! It was spacious with comfortable beds and good furniture, recently painted and clean. Big windows overlooking a quiet street just across a school, and a supermarket at the corner, which is very convenient. Well equipped kitchen too. Great location, just a few blocks away from one of the metro lines. Good hot shower and heating.
Everything was perfect.
