Overall, a very good stay and a convenient base for exploring the city.

Very pleasant stay. The location is excellent – metro stations and shops are nearby, making it easy to reach all parts of the city. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, which is a big advantage. The apartment is functional and well equipped, and the kitchen has everything needed for a comfortable stay. The beds, including the sofa bed, are comfortable. We stayed in February and the heating was satisfactory. I cannot comment on the summer conditions, as I did not notice air conditioning. Overall, a positive experience and a good recommendation.

Everything met our expectations and we had no complaints.

Great place for a family visit to Paris

Nice room with sufficient space for 3 and large bathroom. Location within the ring of Paris and close to metro and bakeries. Also close to parking which had low costs for all full stay.

Functional and pleasant

The flat was relatively comfortable and secure. We had a good night sleep and there were useful facilities nearby like a restaurant and supermarket.

The apartment felt a bit shabby: stains on chair fabric, curtains coming off the rails, marks on the furniture etc.

Lovely comfortable flat in a great location.

This location was great, close to two metro stations and in a lovely little hub with supermarkets, shops, bakeries and a market a couple of times a week.

An extractor fan in the bathroom would have helped as there were 3 of us using it and it got quite steamed up as there was no external window.

Very good stay!

First, the host at reception, Zack, was incredibly nice and took really care of os if we needed something! A very serviceminded person! It was a very nice and clean apartement, with a living room and kitchen in the 1.floor, It was a bedroom one floor down, and a big beautiful bathroom. The bedroom down under was very quiet and comfortable, with good air quality, and easy to adjust temperature. The only thing that could be better - was the quality of the matresses, if you prefer heavy and soft matresses like me and my daughter do. Near to Metro, and easy to find around. The area was ok as well, not so many caffees and stores, but you took the metro downtown in 15 minutes. Good stay!

We liked everything. You must be aware that this apartment is in street floor, and if you open the curtians, you might have the feeling that people could look direct in to you, but all they will see is a mirror. So if you are looking for a place with some view, this is not the place, or book a floor up. 2 days there was a lot of noice from working in. the streets with heavy machines, and it was annoying. This was not the hotels fail though.

Short stay in the 20th arrondissement

The apartment was very nice and had most things we needed. Everything was clean and working upon our arrival. The airconditioner was an absolute must in the Parisian heat and we very much appreciated it. Very easy self check-in when we arrived in the evening. The building had an elevator which was nice since we stayed on the top floor (6th). The apartment was close to a few metro stations and supermarkets, which was very convenient. The neighborhood was a bit quieter and laid-back than some of the other arrondissements but felt quite safe.

I think the only thing we were missing was a trash can in the bathroom. It got a little hot in the bedroom because the airconditioner was situated in the living room, but I am not sure if anything can be done about that.

Run down and dirty.

The reception was very friendly and explained everything related to the property.

The apartment is run down and outright dirty. Has nothing to do with the pictures on booking. Stains everywhere, the dinning table is falling apart, the wooden flooring held together with a masking tape, the bed uncomfortable. Not a place I recommend nor plan to visit again.

I had previously stayed in this apartment when it first opened and it was new. This was the only reason I decided to stay there again. However, it was a mistake. The apartment was dirty. I also wanted to use the washing machine, but I was unable to do so because it was filthy. It was disgusting to touch, let alone use for washing. In response to the question of why I did not inform the staff about this, I will say that I did inform them, but only when I was checking out. I just hate it when someone walks around my room when I'm not there. That's all. I won't be coming back.

Clean and convenient boutique hotel with fantastic staff

The staff were lovely; extremely friendly and helpful. The room was simple but well equipped. Location was a bit outside the centre but it was a nice neighbourhood with great metro access to go anywhere.

It was very hot during our visit in late June and although fans were provided by the hotel, air conditioning would have made the stay more pleasant.

Decent stay in good location of Paris

I liked how friendly the reception was and the location was near the metro and a very clean area. The location is accessible and quite secure getting it and out. The bedroom is very nicely decorated and I like the amount of mirrors!

The apartment was small and it is quite tight for 4 people, we were 2 people in the end and it was just ok. The dining table is right next to the kitchen and living room was quite squashed also no AC, but a fan was provided!. The lift is also quite tight.

Horrible

I rented this apartment and was very disappointed. The space was much smaller than it appeared in the photos, and there was very poor ventilation. The pictures were quite misleading. I reached out to the person responsible, but they offered no solution or support. Overall, I had a very unpleasant experience and would not recommend this place.

Excellent location in a lovely neighborhood, with comfortable beds for a great night’s rest.

Great location – although not right in the city center, it’s very well connected to all the main attractions. The neighborhood has that authentic Parisian charm, with plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby. Huge praise for the staff – they were incredibly kind and helpful. Even though we arrived before check-in time, they allowed us to leave our luggage at the reception, which made everything so much easier. We truly appreciated the hospitality!

When we entered the room, the sink was clogged, but the receptionist resolved the issue very quickly, which we really appreciated. The coffee machine doesn’t always work perfectly – sometimes you need to manually adjust the capsule for it to be accepted by the machine.

The property is very clean and stuff is nice and helpful especially Zak and it is in a good location as its 5 min walk to underground station, there is a local shop which works till 2 am and also in 5 min walk u can find the local bulangerie shop with the best pastry in Paris during the day , excellent location!

Good value for money and an excellent host!

This very new apartment has everything you need for a short stay in Paris. It is newly renovated so it feels like staying in a new apartment. The location is close to a metro and surrounded by bakeries, supermarkets and simple restaurants. The most important aspect of this accommodation is Zack who manages the place. He is like a friend who takes care of your needs while you are there. He is responsive, efficient and is an all-round nice person. The building has a new lift making it easy to access the upper floors easily.

There is minor renovation to other rooms in the restored building so there was some dust and spare parts in the corridor but these did not affect the quality of our stay.

Ευχάριστο και βολικό κατάλυμα, είχαμε μια άνετη διαμονή! Τα διαμερίσματα είναι όπως φαίνονται στις φωτογραφίες. Πολυ καλά εξοπλισμένα με ό,τι μπορεί να χρειαστεί κάνεις στη διάρκεια μιας σύντομης διαμονής. Άνετος ο καναπές- κρεβάτι, με ωραίο στρώμα. Καθαρό και ευρύχωρο το μπάνιο, με πλυντήριο- στεγνωτήριο σε κάθε διαμέρισμα. Η γειτονιά εξαιρετική με πολλούς φούρνους-καφέ για πρωινό, σουπερμάρκετ, φαρμακείο αλλά και πρόχειρο φαγητό μέχρι το βράδυ, όλα 2'-3' μακριά. Εξαιρετικά βολικό και το μετρό (καφέ γραμμή), με 2 σταθμούς στα 5' από το κατάλυμα. Συνολικά μια καλή επιλογή για οικογένειες με μικρά παιδιά( το γκρουπ μας ήταν 4 ενήλικες με 5 παιδιά).

Το ζεστό νερό από το μπόιλερ τελείωσε κάπως γρήγορα και χρειάζεται να περιμένει κανείς κάποια ώρα για να ζεσταθεί ξανά.

Très agréable et tout le nécessaire

Nous sommes restés 6 nuits et c'était une expérience parfaite !! L'appartement était très confortable, très agréable, calme. Nous avons profité de la petite cuisine, de la machine à laver, etc. L'emplacement était parfait, à 5 min de notre leu de formation. Commerces et restaurants en abondance dans le quartier. Assez facile d'accès depuis la gare de lyon avec le métro. Nous étions au 6e étage, avec une bonne isolation sonore de la rue. Tout était neuf, très propre et cosy. Vraiment excellent, je reviendrai !

Il manquait du savon pour la machine à laver le linge. Cela sentait parfois la cigarette dans l'ascenseur.
