Get my Hatch Appartement 2 chambres Paris 19e

We enjoyed the location very much, quiet and cosy, and close to the metro and nice neighbourhoods. The apartment is comfortable for a family of four. Very practical with an extra, separate wc. The standard was good. We got friendly and enough information and quick replies.

We got initially wrong information about the apartment, but it was easy resolved. We also got an announcement in french during our stay which had nothing to do with us. The shower head was leaking.

Comfortable, v clean. Ideal for 3-4 persons. Functional and got the job done.

The staff. Zero ability to solve any issue. And very sporadic and intermittent in communication. We stayed for 5 days and desperately needed to use the washing machine. I suspected machine to be missing the filter drain cap. When I asked the staff they were clueless about it and for the entire 5 days could not solve the problem. Zero communication. Moreover their check-in instructions were completely wrong. The front door of the building was password locked. And it stopped working on day 2. Anyone could enter. When I informed them there was no reaction.

Great location. Excellent local restaurants and bars. Easy access to Metro

The service was bad. Internet did not work properly. Missing plates, tissues .... Nobody answered the phone for 4 days, internet was not fixed. A message said that everything will be fixed after our departure.
