Located in a busy residential area with loads of dining options. Comfortable air conditioned room. Free coffee in the lounge was a nice bonus.

The front of house staff were very friendly and very helpful Especially Remi. The breakfast was perfectly fine. The location was great
There was one Of the staff in particular that wasn't very friendly, who looked after the breakfast I can't remember her name On a number of occasions we had to go asking for spoons - And when we did eyebrows were raised. I feel like some of the staff would benefit from some proper training In the food breakfast area - As it seemed very haphazard At times. It was extremely hot when we were there, which we appreciate was an unusual event but there was only one fan in the breakfast area and it was uncomfortably warm. I have to say overall the staff were very friendly especially the front-of-house staff but definitely management needs to do some work on the food administration area
