Tout est rénové, pratique et moderne. Les espaces sont bien agencés.

Un peu chaud, il y a un ventilateur qui fait bien le taff et la nuit nous avons dormi les fenêtres ouvertes, aucun désagrément.

bonne disposition de l appartement avec chambre séparée du salon. Accés rapides aux metro et bus. Commerces ouverts jusqu'à tard le soir . quartier très vivant le soir .

forte odeur d égout dans la salle de bain si on a le malheur de laisser la porte fermée : la VMC est à revoir. La porte d entrée se ferme une fois sur 2 : la serrure n est pas parfaitement en face du pêne. Il manque du liquide vaisselle ... Il.aurait été judicieux de prévoir 2 ventilateurs : 1 pour le salon et 1 pour la chambre (et penser à les nettoyer de temps en temps ...) les appartements côté rue sont à éviter (en tout cas l été). Sinon il ne faut surtout pas avoir de problème : on attend toujours la réponse aux questions posées ...

The location was excellent - several metro stations are within a 5-10 minute walk, and there are plenty of shops and cafés nearby. The apartment itself was very clean - honestly 10/10 in terms of cleanliness. The bed was comfortable, and the towels and bed linen were all perfectly fine. The kitchen is small but convenient, although we didn’t use it for cooking. The building and the area also felt very safe. The price was definitely a plus ≈€310 for 4 nights in the 19th arrondissement was a very good deal.

The apartment was much smaller than it looked in the photos. We only had two backpacks, and once we put them on the floor, there was barely any space left. After walking around Paris all day, we wanted to relax on the sofa, but it was quite hard and there simply wasn’t enough room to comfortably lie down. The toilet seat was also constantly sliding sideways whenever you sat on it, which was quite annoying. The biggest issue, however, was the noise. The soundproofing is really poor - you can hear conversations, doors closing (especially the doors), and cleaning in the mornings. If someone starts cleaning the room next door, you definitely won’t be able to sleep. There was no air conditioning, and the only fan provided was weak and quite dusty. It was better than nothing, but the apartment still felt very stuffy at night. There seemed to be some kind of insect issue in the building — we noticed a vinegar-like smell twice during our 5-day stay, although I personally didn’t see any insects. The self check-in was easy enough, although the instructions/photos could have been clearer about exactly where to go when arriving.

L'appartamento era carino e anche se piccolo adatto a 2 persone. La posizione comoda per raggiungere il centro con metro e bus, diversi supermercati nelle prossimità. Staff veloce e attento nelle risposte e nel cercare di risolvere eventuali inconvenienti. Contattabili tramite la chat di booking.

Ho trovato l'appartamento pulito guardandolo nel complesso ma non c'è stata attenzione alla pulizia delle stoviglie e le 2 pentole nell'appartamento erano sporche e graffiate. Ho scritto allo staff che ha provveduto la mattina successiva a farmene avere una nuova. Il microonde aveva dei segni di ditate e nel bollitore c'era ancora dell'acqua. Ho trovato il piumino a letto nonostante fosse agosto, qualche macchiolina sul divano e i ventilatore aveva molti pallini di polvere da fori da cui passa l'aria. Il tavolino per mangiare troppo piccolo e gli sgabelli in proporzione troppo più alti, quindi risulta tutto un po' scomodo. Non ti danno padelle perché sostengono che il fumo possa far partire il rilevatore. La zona è comoda per i mezzi ma non molto ben frequentata, la sera non ti senti sicura ad uscire.
