Good position and good cleaning

We booked the 2 double rooms next to eachother. It gives you a very nice private space with a corridor and 2 rooms. Rooms were clean, inside you can find hangers, a small fridge (working), heaters that you can manually set, a tv. They came every afternoon to clean the room. The position is very good, perfect for my mum as it's next to buses and metro as she can't walk long distances. cafe , shops and a very good Boulangerie are on the same road. We asked for extra towels and it was given to us, at the reception you always have someone working so it feels pretty safe.

Price can seem a bit high, considering our room seemed to have been built last and had no proper windows, only a solarium that for obvious reasons can't be open. Could be a problem for some people so It should be specified and the price amended.

Did not want to leave!

Wonderful location. Friendly and sincere staff. Super close to metro, 20 seconds from front door. Unit is quiet and the price is hard to beat! Did not try breakfast so cannot review. Special shout out to Ben at the front desk. Thanks for your hospital 🙏🏻

Clean and convenient

I really enjoyed my stay here - the rooms are renovated in a nice, simple style and are very clean - I was pleased with my view of the church across the street. It is easy to get to the centre of town with a metro steps from the door. I liked that there was someone at the desk 24 hours. A great choice, I would stay here again.

pretty nice for this price in Paris

we had an amazing room with a cathedral view, fresh bed and cleaning every day, also we were arriving late due to a train delay and administrator was patiently waiting for us. the subway and bus stations are right next to the entrance, which is extremely convenient, there is a lift in the building and pillows and blankets are super soft and nice

there's no curtain in the shower which was not that comfortable, also there is no charging socket in the toilet so I had to straighten my hair in the room with no mirror

Claustrophobic and below standard

It was very clean.

There was no window or ventilation in our room. There was a roof window that was covered in black and could not be opened. It got very stuffy and warm. The only ventilation was in the bathroom, but then you had to have the bathroom light on and the bathroom door open so the whole room was lit up which made it even harder to sleep.

Extremely friendly and accommodating staff, very clean room, outstanding view, comfortable bed, and such a good location! This non-touristy neighborhood is full of nice little shops and excellent restaurants.

I wished there had been an electric kettle in the room to make a hot drink in the morning, and the shower head fixtures are breaking.

Very quiet (except for church bells in the morning, but they don't start until 9am). Simple and clean, nice views of the church, and in a good area for restaurants and bars

The location was perfect. It is conveniently located next to many lovely restaurants and bars, and the underground train station is directly in front of the hotel. There are also many other shops, as well as grocery stores.

Cute little hotel in a pretty vibrant part of the city. I was staying just for one night, so for me was enough. Very positive staff member checked-in me. Metro station and shop with essentials right next to it.

Cleaning could have been done better, hair and dust on the ground. Nothing bothered me so much, since I was staying just one night.

An amazing option in Paris

The hotel was an excellent value for the money. It does not look good outside, but the room is very good. It is small, but it's what is possible for this price in Paris. It's just half a block from the metro. The room has an excellent bed and shower. The staff is friendly. It has no carpet, which makes it cleaner than one with it. It's an excellent option in Paris.

In the beginning it had some dust over the bed headboard. Nothing serious, easily solved in seconds with a wet cloth.

We stayed in this hotel 3 night and are very satisfied. Good value of money. Very good location. Metro is just in 1 min walking, there some coffee shops, cafe and restaurants. Area is quiet and our room had nice view of church. The room wasn’t that big, but cozy and clean what is very important

Exceptional

The place was in a great area close to supermarkets, pharmacy, metro station just few steps away, cafes and rest, is an area where you feel safe. The room was really clean and comfy a good place to rest after a whole day of walking out in the city.

The elevator...too small only fits 1 person... that's it...overall a nice place to rest.

I absolutely loved the location of this hotel. The Metro is about 100 - 150 meters away. There are grocery stores, restaurants, fast food establishments, laundromats all within walking distance. This hotel offered me everything that I needed for my stay.

The rooms are small but that is not out of the ordinary for Paris so not really a knock on the hotel. It was a little pricey but once again, hotel rooms in Paris are pricey so again not really something out of the ordinary.
