This was one of my favorite stays after 21 trips to Paris

We lived the location. Market on Monday. Great restaurants and shopping nearby. Perfect location for the metro system. Amazing people Benjamin was amazing.

It is located in a senior living center and that was a surprise but it was excellent. We had a little trouble with the light in the bathroom that is on a sensor system and it kept coming on all night. Well lighted rooms.

Tate in the reception was very pleasant & sympathetic when the room we were given wasn’t cleaned from the previous guests. The second room only had one bed in it but 3rd time lucky! The girl at the breakfast room wasn’t friendly at all, she didn’t even smile! Breakfast was very poor….only bread, plastic cheese, croissants, and some cereal to eat. No eggs, cold meats, fruit or anything hot. This was our 3rd place we stayed in during our road trip and it was the most expensive. Wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Fantastic!

The concierge was warm and friendly, and everyone who worked at the front desk was helpful. They speak English and took time to make us feel welcome. The room was exceptionally clean and well-appointed. It included a brand new kitchen, a small table for two, wifi, and an amazing shower in the bathroom!

Beautiful clean, spacious and comfortable studios, a very reasonable rate for what is provided. The neighbourhood is nice and interesting with an excellent range of reasonable restaurants

la présence en permanence d'une personne à l'accueil, pour ouvrir la porte de la résidence, et pour nous renseigner; c'est secure.

le stationnement est un peu compliqué et sortir de son stationnement pour aller bosser est parfois compliqué avec le marché; ce n'est pas de la faute de l'établissement; il y a un parking payant à disposition. Le bruit à l'extérieur du au marché et à des personnes qui travaillent la nuit dans la rue manipulant et trainant du matériel sans aucune discrétion.

Pour un déplacement professionnel, toutes les conditions sont là.

L’ensemble des personnels est à notre écoute. Le petit déjener est correct et variés. La chambre est grande et nous avons à notre disposition de bons équipements. L'hotel est à côté d'une sortie de métro.

Grand appartement, très bien situé

L’emplacement, le parking en sous-sol (15€), la grandeur de l’appartement (nous étions 3, un lit double et un canapé-lit qui se déplie), la cuisine, le confort du couchage, la grandeur de la salle de douche, les volets roulants. À noter que l’appartement est dans une résidence pour séniors.

La lumière de la salle de bain qui s’allume ou s’éteint toute seule. L’eau de la douche qui s’étend dans la salle de bain, de ce fait le sol est glissant. Le manque de crochets dans la salle de bain pour accrocher ses vêtements. L’accès au parking : il faut téléphoner à l’accueil pour qu’il nous ouvre. Et il faisait bien chaud dans l’appartement, mais sans pouvoir baisser les radiateurs, qui étaient froid…

La sdb pas tres propre, pas de tele, l’eau de la douche coulait dans toute la sdb. La lumiere de la sdb s’allumé toute la nuit puisque le detecteur se trouve devant le lit.

Parfait

L’emplacement était proche de ma formation et des commerces. Un personnel accueillant, disponible et souriant. Une chambre parfaitement équipée et propre. Choix pour le petit déjeuner. C’était très calme. La literie est très confortable. Pour le plaisir j’avais la vue sur la Tour Eiffel.

1/ Le personnel !!! Souriant, sympathique, arrangeant... 2/ La taille de la chambre, propre avec "pleins de miroirs", la grande télé. 3/ L'équipement de la cuisine (même si je m'en suis quasiment pas servi...) malgré un bémol et la grande salle de bain. 4/ Le bon rapport qualité/prix.

- L' impossibilité de mettre du chauffage (il ne faisait pas "très chaud"). - Les couverts imprégnés d'une odeur d'oignons crus empestant le placard... - Les abords de cet appart-hotel Montreuillois (le soir).

Prima locatie in Parijs voor als je niet te veel geld kwijt wil zijn.

Het ligt vlakbij de metro en het is een gezellig multiculturele wijk met terrasjes en een marktje. De man van de balie was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kamer is basic maar prima. De slaapbank ligt goed.

Het was moeilijk te vinden (staat geen bord met hotel op gevel). Het licht van de badkamer schiet hij elke beweging aan. Het was warm op de kamer omdat we maar 1 ventilator hadden. De parkeergarage vonden we duur voor 1 nacht (€20).

Le quartier ne semble pas très sécurisé et cela peut faire peur même lorsqu’on est un homme de 30 et pas facilement apeuré. Cependant, rien à signaler niveau problème de ce point de vue mais c’est important de le préciser. Néanmoins, le logement en lui même est top.

Opholdet er rigtig fint, hvis det er et sted du bare skal overnatte, sødt personale det meste af tiden.

Hotellet ligger rigtig godt i forhold til shopping muligheder og metro ikke så langt derfra. Damerne der var der først på ugen var så søde og hjælpsomme og meget opmærksomme. Der er hvad man skal bruge i lejligheden i forhold til glas, kopper og bestik. Det er handicap venligt. Der er parkering under hotellet, hvilket er et kæmpe plus da det er virkelig svært at finde en p-plads. Der er en tilhørende stor terrasse/altan til værelset. Virkelig lækkert at tv’et bare virker og at man kan logge på Netflix. Hotellet er låst så der er ingen udvenkommende der kan komme ind. Der er et mindre træningslokale.

Lyset på badeværelset tændte hele tiden ved bevægelse i stuen og lyset gik ud når man var i bad pga. manglende bevægelse. Der blev ikke tømt skraldespand fra d. 15-19 juli mens vi boede der eller skiftet håndklæder. Ved udtjekning var der ikke nogle på hotellet til at hjælpe, fordi de ikke var i uniform eller andet så man kunne se at de var ansat, de sad meget længe på terrassen og grinte og snakkede og var ikke opmærksomme på, at der var gæster der havde behov for hjælp. Udvalget af morgenmad var meget lille. Der måtte gerne have været aircondition eller en blæser på værelset. Der var et par fliser på badeværelsesgulvet der trængte til nye fuger, da et lød som om flisen sprang hver gang man trådte på den.

Cela ne m'a pas du tout gêné mais il faut savoir que le logement est situé dans une résidence senior ce qui peut surprendre.
