#28 Staywizus -1 BDR Flat AC Balcony Hper Central 10mins to Beach & old town

The location is excellent for my purposes there in Nice. I have been coming to Nice regularly for 12 years, and it is good to see some true value for accommodation at this time of year, in a city that is famously overpriced and doesn’t really represent good value in general. This apartment was fairly priced and very decent.

We loved the location of the apartment because it was close to all the main shops, restaurants, the airport tram was only a block away, and the city tram and bus only 2 blocks away and we could walk to the beach in 10 minutes or less. There is no view from the window other than the street. We liked the bed. The neighborhood was clean and safe. We found there to be noice from the street, more than we anticipated both during the day and night but not constantly and the location made it very worth tolerating for us. Take earplugs if you're sensitive. We found getting the keys a bit inconvenient because opening up the mailbox and locking it was not seamless and we got the message that after 6 pm we could get no help if we had problems and we arrived slightly after 6. Where you pick up the keys is about a 5 minute walk from the apartment. Good shower. Clean building and appealing entrance. Inside the building was very quiet. Good blackout curtains.

The check in proceedure and the message that we could get no help if we had problems after 6 pm. the coffee table was very unstable. Having an extra key would have been helpful although we didn't ask if it was possible.

Kitchen tap was broken (and had been for long enough for then to make a video of how to make it work), dishwasher didn’t work and the hairdryer was melted at the end so that the attachments didn’t work)

Location was perfect - centrally located, 10 min from train station, 15 min from the beach. It was quiet at night. Bed was comfortable.

This property has a terrible mosquito problem. We killed about 10 mosquitos and had bites all over every night. We could not figure out where they were coming in from. I would not stay here again due to this problem
