We had a wonderful stay at this apartment and would happily stay here again. The owner met us on arrival with the keys and took the time to show us around and explain everything, making check-in easy and welcoming. The apartment was clean, spacious, and in a fantastic central location, within easy walking distance of everything we wanted to see and do in Nice. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches, including the bakery snacks provided on arrival. The small balcony was a lovely place to relax, and having a washing machine was a huge bonus during our travels. Overall, we highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Nice and wouldn’t hesitate to book it again.

Virginie was a fantastic host from start to finish. She sent her husband to help us check in, making our arrival smooth and easy. When I accidentally left some belongings in the closet after checkout, she went out of her way to coordinate getting them back to me — a small gesture that says a lot about the kind of host she is. Highly recommended!

The beds and pillows are quite firm given that I'm used to sleeping on memory foam but for others I'm sure it's perfect.

Everything was perfect. The apartment was in the best location in the city. Restaurants all around with easy access to the old city, the promenade and the shops! The apartment had everything to meet our needs. Met by Daniel who explained all we needed to know
