We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful apartment in Nice and would gladly return. The space combines modern comfort with authentic architectural character. Each room features elegant Belle Époque–style ceiling moldings, giving the apartment a refined, historic feel while still being bright and updated. Everything was impeccably clean—spotless throughout. The kitchen felt brand new, with modern appliances all in perfect condition, making it both stylish and practical. The bed was very comfortable, the apartment was impressively quiet, and the shower had excellent water pressure. One of our favorite features was the dual balconies—one off the living room and another in the bedroom—both offering charming views of the surrounding architecture. The building itself is a standout example of classic Nice architecture, with a beautiful Belle Époque façade featuring ornate stonework, curved balconies, and traditional shutters. The original wrought-iron gated elevator adds even more character and makes the whole experience feel like stepping into another era. The location is excellent—central, walkable to shops and restaurants, and just a two-minute walk to the tram. As a bonus, there’s a fantastic little takeout pizza spot just down the street—we ended up going several times. You can get a great pizza for about six euros, and the guys running it couldn’t be nicer. It’s one of those simple, authentic local finds that really adds to the experience. Overall, this was an exceptional stay. Beautiful, comfortable, and full of character—we would absolutely recommend it and would happily stay here again.
