The open plan main living area is light airy and spacious. The beige two seater sofa bed makes a comfortable retreat after a hard days sight seeing. There is a flat screen TV with English speaking news channels and a DVD player and complimentary Wifi. The lounge area also has air con which is a real blessing in the hot summer months.
Kitchen
The modern cream kitchen area has a large fridge-freezer, washing machine with dryer, and a four ring hob with oven. It is fully equipped with a kettle, cafetière and a large selection of cooking equipment and dishwasher.

There is a round wooden dining table with seating for four people.
Bedroom
The bedroom has a king size bed (200×180) and two stylish white bedside tables. There is a free standing wardrobe for storage and a pair of French windows lead out onto a small balcony. The bedroom also benefits from Air Con.
Bathroom
The contemporary bathroom has a corner shower cubicle, vanity sink unit, toilet and bidet.

The property is as advertised. It is in a good location to avail yourself of transportation to get around Nice.
The kitchen was well equipped , the air con worked well and the bed was comfortable.
The welcome bottle of wine and treats was a nice surprise.
Communication with the property managers was very good.
I would reommend this property without hestitaion

Adequately sized, very clean, and in a wonderful (quiet) location, but only a block or two from the vibrancy we enjoy. Kate was fantastic as well, with accommodating our meeting time and having the apartment spotless upon our arrival. We definitely will request this apartment again for our next trip to Nice.

This was our third stay with Yourniceapartment.com and as usual you didn’t
disappoint. We love the wine on arrival, the local coffee, the security of an
apartment manager on call who meets you when you arrive and the fact that
your apartments are all so beautiful I want to stay in each one and if I could
convince my husband we would be back each month to do that!
