Location. Safe environment. Very good bed.

To get the key far away - the keys on another street - from the flat. At night it is really very unconfortable.

Should be more clean. The aircondition is not very handy.

Location, location location. Perfect location. Could not have asked for any better location. With a little extra attention to detail and decor, the apartment could be very nice indeed but was disappointing in its current state.

1. One of the main reasons for selecting this apartment was due to it having a lift. We are an elderly couple and although not the fault of anyone, it was extremely disappointing to arrive, after collecting keys elsewhere, to find the lift was out of order for a prescribed period of time, exceeding the length of our stay. We were not forewarned or offered an alternative, leaving us having to carry heavy luggage up just shy of 70 steps to the 4th floor and then repeat the negotiation of all these steps each and every time we left the apartment. 2. Although clean, the apartment was dated and tired and was in need of a fresh coat of paint, curtains in the bedroom and maintenance to the waste water which was slow to disperse and also a nasty smell coming from the bathroom drains. We had to ensure the plugs were closed and left a bath mat over the shower drain. 3. Only 2 pillows provided for the bed. We found a 3rd but no sign of a 3rd pillow case. Bed appeared, and felt to be, short in length. 4. No tea towel supplied and so had to use a towel from the bathroom. 5. The amateur looking installation of an air-conditioner ruined any remaining ambience in the unit. Due to this, a permanently removed cupboard door exposed the main electric board..not ideal if a small child was in the apartment. 6. Utensils and cutting boards were old, marked and the scissors were rusty.
