Idéalement situé, au calme. Très bien équipé. Parfait pour 1 petit séjour niçois.

Le canapé lit pas très confortable. Il faudrait aussi 1 petite table à l'intérieur.

**Charming & Cozy Marvellous Studio** My stay at this flat was truly delightful, offering a cozy and welcoming atmosphere infused with fresh, modern design and excellent lighting. The air conditioning provided perfect comfort, and the balcony created a lovely space to savour breakfast. I wholeheartedly rate the level of service a perfect 10/10. The clear instructions for obtaining the keys, accompanied by a helpful photo pinpointing the location, made everything seamless. After confirming my booking, they provided a link for registration, which simplified check-in and check-out and included stunning photos of the studio along with cleaning information. The thoughtful addition of QR Codes at the bedside for morning and evening meditation, Wi-Fi, and Playfulmusic elevated the experience. The impressive organization of the studio, combined with its welcoming atmosphere, truly made me feel at home. The location is outstanding, just a block away from Galeries Lafayette, surrounded by a wealth of shops, restaurants, bars, parks, and transportation options. Gare de Nice-Ville is conveniently only a 12 to 15-minute walk away, and the beach is just five minutes away. The flat itself was pristine and peaceful, and I was grateful for the reliable internet, enabling me to work productively without interruptions. The comfortable sofa, designed to fold up during the day, created additional space for a quick workout. I look forward to returning:) "A few suggestions that might enhance the experience even further:" 1. Consider updating the "TOWELS" for a more refreshed feel and adding an additional "FLAT SHEET". 2. Providing "TWO BOWLS" would be helpful; for example, I had to eat my soup directly from the pan on two occasions. 3. A 4-Piece Kitchen Utensil Set: (including a ladle, turner, spoon, and spaghetti server) along with a small cutting board would be ideal, as using regular cutlery for cooking wasn't very convenient.

Great location, walking distance everywhere!

wifi didn’t work for the first few days causing me to have to go work elsewhere and no reimbursement provided (they did fix it on day 2 though). Bed is also a sofa bed which is very uncomfortable and not suitable for my 60 year old mum. Would recommend staying here if they put in a proper bed and better quality bedding, didn’t feel fresh or clean.

マセナ広場に面していて、トラムの駅も近くロケーションは良かったです。Wifiが繋がらず, 連絡をすると、すぐに返答してくれて、直らないにしても毎日状況をアップデートして、なるべく早く問題を解決しようという努力が有難かったです。

施設のカギの開け方が複雑で、開け方を知っている人に教えてもらわない限りは開けられません。私達は10分頑張っても開けられず、たまたま隣人が通りかかって教えてもらい、部屋に入ることができました。 Wifiが繋がらず、担当者が最短時間で業者に修理を依頼してくれましたが、それでも直ったのはチェックアウトの1日前でした。そのお詫びに1日分の宿泊費を返金してくださるそうなので、それは良心的だと思います。チェックアウトしてから間もないので、実際の返金はまだ届いてはいませんが。
