A bit small for the sleeping area for someone tall but we could manage. Overall is is top!

The owner was waiting for our arrival at the property and showed us how to gain entrance which was safe and secure. The apartment is centrally situated for transport links, main promenade, Nice old town, and plenty of bars, cafes, restaurants and a good shopping area. Despite the apartment being situated on a busy street we were not troubled with any noise.
The bathroom and bedroom are very small and the floor space is limited. A suggestion to the owners is to provide more clothes hangers as only 2 were available. We also had to request clean towels after 3 days which the owner quickly provided.

la localisation est idéale. l'entrée de l'appartement se situe sur la place Masséna, à côté du "café Moka".
Et donc à proximité de l'arrêt du tram.
