The location is exceptional – right in the heart of Nice, surrounded by beautiful restaurants, shops and nightlife, yet the apartment itself is set back and wonderfully quiet. We absolutely loved it and, in fact, would happily have it as our holiday home.
The hosts were outstanding, messaging to make sure we were happy on arrival and checking in again after our first night. They were eager to please and everything we needed was provided. Despite the heatwave, the apartment remained pleasantly cool and the air conditioning worked perfectly.
We couldn’t have been happier with our stay.

A very cozy, beautiful, and clean apartment in the very center of Nice.
The owners Antonina & Jonathan, are very attentive and caring!

Nice location, amazing hosts, cute apartment
It can be cleaner, sofaaa is so dirty it has to go out or deep clean other than that details are what I would add or change to make it even better
