Cosy Cocoon Place Massena

Couldn’t ask for a better location and the apartment is bigger than it looks in the photos.

Appartement très bien situé, très proche de la place Massena. Le tram est juste devant la porte d’entrée, et les différentes lignes et la gare SNCF sont très proches à pied. Tout cela permet de visiter les alentours sans voiture.

Tout était au top.

Appartement très propre et exceptionnellement bien situé surtout pour le carnaval de Nice. Au centre ville avec l'arrêt de Tram devant la porte. Appartement bien équipé. Arrivée en autonomie.

Pour nous il manquait juste une table basse devant le canapé pour faire l'apéro ou poser son livre, ses lunettes, son téléphone ...

A perfect location just in the heart of Nice.

- very poor communication with a host: after my request to provide 2x bedlinen, he answered after 4 days, that it was “a mistake of housekeeper” - sofa in the living room was not available to sleep, and it’s dirty (that’s why covered on the pictures) - problems with hot water (it was out in the 1st day of our stay) - problems with electricity (when we have tried to iron, electricity in the whole apartment was suddenly turned off) - problems with internet (Wi-Fi is very slow, sending 1 foto ca 2 minutes) - often water blockage in washbasin in bathroom and kitchen - a dirty coffeemaker with already used capsules by checkin (and a host left for us only 2 coffee capsules despite we booked for 4 days) It looks like, nobody takes care about this apartment (and the guests), all facilities and furniture are old and have some defects. Guests should be ready for a deposit (250€), and I was deeply afraid to break to the end some furniture, that is already almost broken …
