The host was really hospitable and helpful. Showed up on time to deliver the keys and explain everything. Exceptional location, really close to everything a visitor needs to see/visit when in Nice! There is nice wi-fi as well. I would surely recommend the stay.
A few things to note just in order that there is an improved service provided are: the place could be cleaner at points, some details count so I would recommend to be careful. There should be an iron in a better state plus all necessary amenities in sufficient quantities, shampoo, kitchen paper, etc.

Location of the place; apartment facilities and space; good friendly host
Wish we had a proper bed but this is being picky as the sofa bed was very spacious, practical and comfortable - minor comment is that sofa bed mattress is on hard side
