Great location. Very modern and spacious. Windows/blinds keep the noise out at nighttime. Coffee machine was great. Despite aircon being a mobile unit, it worked well & kept us cool.

鍵の受け渡しは徒歩10分程度離れたオフィスに行かなくてはならないのが面倒だが、それらの手順について詳しい地図や動画を送ってもらえるのでわかりやすかった。
お部屋は賑やかなマジェンタ広場を臨む3階（リフトあり。ありがたい！）で、ごくごく小さなテラスから広場のカフェでくつろぐ人々を眺められます。
新品の食器用スポンジや洗剤、ごみ袋などがセットされており、アパートをどのように利用したらよいかわかりやすかった。大きな冷蔵庫や洗濯機、オーブンやレンジも整備されており、まさに暮らすようにニースを満喫できるアパートホテルだった。
①送られてきた動画をよく見ればわかったことなのだけど… 各窓のそばにリモコンがあったので、てっきり鎧戸の開閉のリモコンだと思い込んでいくら操作しても鎧戸が開かない。焦ってホストに連絡すると、「動画をちゃんと見た？、鎧戸の開閉は寝室のスイッチ。」と回答があり、やっと窓を開けることができた。（リモコンは窓ではなく窓の上の日よけテント用だった。すごく紛らわしい。）
②Wi-Fiのパスワードが20桁以上？ものすごく長い。しかも案内の表記でOと0が一か所間違えている。いくらやり直してもパスワードが違うと表示されるので、もしや？と思ってOを０に替えてみたら繋がった！30分近くかかった。
③冷房装置は簡易的な冷風機がリビングにのみ。西陽が当たって夕方はすごく暑い。
④広場に面しているから仕方ないけど、朝は清掃車等でものすごい騒音。
書いてみたらこんなにあるけど、でも楽しいニース滞在でした。

Great location. Easy walking to the beach, old town and other places of interest.
The air conditioner was not great. It is a portable one that you have to have backed up to the French door in the living room so the hot air can escape at the back. It did not really cover the bedroom so we were pretty uncomfortable most nights with the heat. A ceiling or portable fan would be good. If you leave the windows open it helps but it is too noisy in magenta square at night when you are trying to sleep.
