Rummelig og moderne indretning. Centralt placeret i forhold til at opleve Nice. Lille charmerende balkon, hvorfra man kunne nyde stemningen på det lille torv nedenfor.

Der er ikke “rigtig” airconditionanlæg, kun en mobil enhed som slet ikke kunne køle nok, når det er så varmt som da vi var der. Og den larmede for meget til at vi kunne have den kørende om natten.

Location was excellent and the unit itself was beautifully renovated. BUT there is no air conditioner as shown on booking.com rather an air cooler that worked to a point but was extremely noisy when running. Also although it is outside the host control the building lift breaks down.

Collecting the keys from a lock box was an annoyance in very hot conditions. The host sent me multiple texts on what’s app telling me that if I needed assistance to contact them no answer only to be told that was the wrong number to respond on. Why even send that text from Happy Rentals on that number Finally the building and lift is in extremely poor condition, the lift was filthy then on day 3 it broke down and was not fixed when we left day 7. I suggested to happy rentals they have a service to bring clients bags up/ down the 66 steps. We are in our seventies and my partner is fit but he had to make 3 trips up and down. In the heat! For the additional service we would have willingly paid for. So If you cannot carry a bag 66 steps this property is not for you.

Great location. Very modern and spacious. Windows/blinds keep the noise out at nighttime. Coffee machine was great. Despite aircon being a mobile unit, it worked well & kept us cool.
