Really open and bright, clean and comfortable in a great location. They replaced the old futon, my son had no complaints about the new one.

There is an elevated step between the bedroom and shower that you have to step over. It is really easy to trip over or stub your toe, I wish the tile was a different color on the step. You have to get the key several blocks away and drop it back off at checkout, which was kind of rough with a 6am flight.

Picking up the keys from one address and finding the actual location. The toilet area was a little cramped.

Had to pick up keys at a different location from the apartment. No staff was on sight to greet us and give keys. Had to wait too long with all our luggage on the street. Staff not very friendly once they arrived, then long walk with luggage. Door sticks. Sheets, towels, dishes not very clean. Many stains. No linens provided for the futon until the second night. Futon was broken and very uncomfortable. Very loud air conditioning in one bedroom and living space. No air conditioning in 2nd bedroom and very very hot! No shampoo or conditioner, only body wash provided.
