Location was very central, close to the promenade and old town. The building was very secure. Kitchen had everything needed if you wanted to cook. Bathroom was small but shower was very good. Terrace was nice to have breakfast and evening drinks on.

Excellent position, close to trams and an easy walk to the sea front and railway station. Lots of restaurants nearby and close to good shopping, including Galeries Lafayette. Supermarkets nearby and bakery next door. Very well-equipped kitchen with all we needed. The owner, Delphine, is very helpful and enabled us to leave our bags early on the first day as we had arrived by ship at 8 am.
Disappointed with the terrace which could have been so pleasant - the astro-turf needed at least a sweep and some attractive plants would improve greatly. The white towels need replacing. Lots of info, including a good book on Chagall, stuffed down the side of the sofa so we didn`t see this until we were checking our belongings prior to leaving. All up to the cleaners, I suspect.

The location was fantastic and after travelling for 3 weeks it was great to have a washing machine. Our host Delphine was excellent, great communication, helpful and friendly.
Very dated and in need of an upgrade.
