i don’t recommend, this hotel is kind of dead

so we were going to Khao Lak for the similan islands. checked in to the hotel and felt like we were the ONLY guests they had.

location bad: Go 20min south by foot for food def no 4 stars hotel gym = one broken running machine 😂 breakfast horrible my partner has food poisoning for 3 days and I asked for their help and they didn’t provide any and also had no medicine for guests or didn’t speak English or helped me with food for him Pool not maintained, broken sunbeds, not cozy

Location is close to city centre, surf spot (by car). The staff was good.

strong smell in the room, the staff changed the room from normal to more specious one. However, it does not have a balcony that is not fit to the beach life and it had damp smell in the room. I guessed the staff changed my room because the client who initially booked the room I stayed was unsatisfied with such room so that he/she asked for the change. I would say it was not fair for me despite the upgraded room. Without prior notice/permission/request was inappropriate I would say.

l amabilité du manager et du personnel , manager très à l'écoute du client, hôtel très propre , pour nous belle chambre à l'étage avec balcon ,propre et fonctionnelle .Hôtel de taille moyenne bien agréable .Petite piscine bien appréciée

Bel endroit pour séjourner à kao lak

Nous avons apprécié la structure à taille humaine, la qualité des prestations ,la gentillesse du personnel et la disponibilité du manager. Les chambres sont spacieuses,la piscine un havre de paix où il fait bon se poser L'hôtel est situé à environ 15 mn à pieds du secteur touristique (marché de nuit, restos,bar) Le petit déjeuner est complet avec becon,oeuf, fruits frais

Une chose à revoir : le pain de mie servi le matin,pas à notre goût....
