Amazing value and great staff

It was very clean and the bed was comfortable. A little close to the main street so there was some noise but not too much.

Not sure if it’s the place for a long stay but for a transit stop with no deviation it’s great.

The room was great. Spacious. Clean. Modern. Comfortable bed and good shower. Very pleasant surprise when you open the door, the room was exactly as per the pictures. During the day it’s quite noisy from road noise but at night it drops right off and didn’t affect sleep. If you’re travelling and need to sleep during the day it may be a problem or you can use the earplugs provided. They do the best they can with what they have. The staff are very nice and accommodating

I can’t give a completely untainted review as they had a problem with the water at night but they did work until it was fixed. I missed when making my booking that there is no parking so didn’t like having to leave my motorcycle parked in the street. If stairs are an issue maybe this isn’t the place for you especially if you get a room on the top floor.

Clean hotel in good location very close to night market, shops, and walking distance to beach

Good location very close to night market, shops, and walking distance to beach (maybe 1 km walk if that). Taxi rank close by with prices on a large poster so no haggling needed (though worth trying as I did, sometimes got reduced fare as a single traveller). 7 Eleven close by Very clean and spacious room / bathroom. large balcony with table and chairs overlooking resort next door. No breakfast facilities but lots of choices close by. Overall I had a good stay and would stay again if in the area, good value for money

As a boutique hotel there is no 24 hour reception. Code given for side door access so sometimes I felt a bit vulnerable as a solo female traveller going into a short alley and having to input code for access and knowing no-one accessible to help if I needed any. Rarely saw reception staff (though when I did they were helpful) No lift to upper floors

Superb

It is located really close to the night market, which is full of restaurants and shops near by. Staff was really helpful and friendly. The room is big with everything we needed for a stay. Huge bathroom and a big balcony were the surprises with the price we paid.

There is no proper parking area but it was not hard to find one by the side roads so it was not a bog deal for us. The bed was a bit hard and a bit small.

At Home Khaolak has a very good location just next to the main road. The walk distaste to local restaurants and bars. The room was spacious, fresh and clean. The stuff was very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast is in the lobby and is very basic (toasts)

Jättebra och stort rum m balkong , stort badrum, stor kyl och vattenkokare ! Vänlig personal! Tyst inne även om det ligger precis bredvid motorvägen!

無料のボトルウォーターがもらえたのと、いつでも使えるウォーターサーバーや電子レンジがあり便利でした。熱が出て体調不良の娘のことを気遣っていただけて、代わりにお薬を手配してもらったり大変助かりました。

Bon séjour

Hôtel très bien situé, juste en face du night market et d’une rue commerçante animée. Pas de petit déjeuner sur place, mais un 7-Eleven est juste à côté, ce qui est très pratique. Le personnel est sympathique, accueillant et toujours prêt à aider.

L’hôtel peut être un peu bruyant la nuit en raison d’un bar à proximité.

Valitettavasti huoneen äänieristys oli melko huono, joten kun hotelli sijaitsee päätien varressa, kaikki liikenteen ja juhlivan kansan äänet kuuluvat niin hyvin ettei nukkuminen onnistu. Käsisaippua olisi mukava lisä!

הצוות היו חמודים, מבינים והתחשבו בנו בכל מה שהיינו צריכים. המיקום קרוב לכניסה לרחוב המרכזי וכ-15 דקות מהים בהליכה.

‎אבל החדר היה בריח של ביוב, הוונטה בשירותים לא עבדה. בלילה היה רעש מהבר ליד.

Очень дружелюбный хозяин, чистый номер, соответствующий фотографиям. Рядом много туристических магазинов, ночной рынок.

Было очень-очень шумно ночью. Окна выходили в сторону дороги и было невозможно уснуть. Также в соседних кафе была вечеринка всю ночь и музыка не утихала до 2 ночи. Беруши не помогли совсем.

Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

Großes geräumiges Zimmer mit allem Wichtigen, was man so braucht. Alles war sauber und die Klima kühlte gut. Es gab einen Safe und einen Wäscheständer. Der Manager des Hotels war sehr freundlich und stets zur Stelle, wenn man etwas brauchte. Außerdem sprach er gutes Englisch. Das Hotel ist bemüht, sich stetig zu verbessern und hat bereits einige Anmerkungen aus den Bewertungen umgesetzt (Luftfilter, Wasserspender). Die Lage war top: Man ist schnell im Geschehen und der Weg zum Pier, wo die (Tauch-)Boote ablegen ist ebenfalls nicht so lang.

Der Service könnte noch weiter verbessert werden. Ich möchte nicht für eine Rolle Klopapier erst eine WhatsApp-Nachricht schicken müssen, weil die Rezeption nicht besetzt ist. Ebenso sollte der Fön standardmäßig im Raum vorhanden. Handseife sollte beim Waschbecken bereitstehen, dass man nicht erst in die Dusche steigen muss für den Seifenspender.

Schoon en comfortabel. Prima bed en douche. Zeer goede locatie in Khao Lak.

Kamer was bij binnenkomst erg warm en duurde even voor het ok was. Daarnaast was er de meeste tijd niemand aanwezig bij de receptie. Dat was onhandig want ik had wat vragen omtrend vervoer in de buurt.

Il rapporto qualità-prezzo, la pulizia della camera, la linea WiFi che viaggia benissimo e la disponibilità del titolare/responsabile.

Se proprio devo trovare qualcosa che non mi è piaciuto è la TV. Si vedono solamente 7 canali e nemmeno molto bene. In pratica è come non averla in camera. Ormai le smart TV le trovi quasi ovunque. Peccato.
