It is on a very nice little busy street in smaller town. Lots of shopping dining options for this area. It has been sound proofed against the street noises so it is relatively quiet. The staff is so good. Nice breakfast very safe and clean. Good vibe for sure. The price point is good. We will stay there again.

Perfect short stay at the nautical home. We had 2 nights here following a trip to Khao Sok, check in was easy and quick, we were greeted by Nat who sent whatsapp of useful info. The room was very comfortable and clean, lovely duvets on the bed, excellent air conditioning. Our room was facing the street but the noise wasn't a problem. You can tell a lot of time and effort has gone into designing this hotel, it has lovely details. Breakfast was included, a small but delicious selection of food with eggs cooked to order. If we return to Khao lak, i would love to stay here again.

Made me breakfast and gave me wonderful recommendation on where and what to see in the area. The atmosphere was so nice and relaxing, no one ever rushed me. We stayed 2 nights here and was in town for scuba diving excursion. The ladies here are like family! My boyfriend and I got in super early and had been traveling since 4 am from Chiang Mai. We got in right about 10 am. The gal who checked us in immediately asked us where we came in from and when we had gotten started. Once she found out, she showed us to the breakfast bar that was still available and shortly after allowed us to check in. It was super nice. Some people complain about having to take off shoes but it's a beach house and I personally thought it was great to keep the stairwell and floors clean. The patio/1st floor was so homey. We were able to sit and hang out for a while as we waited for our driver to pick us up as there is a bathroom on the first floor. They also have a large water jug where you can refill your water which is a PLUS! They give you a quick layout of where they are in consideration to everything else. Super close to the beach. Many restaurants and massage parlors close by. Gelato shop 2 doors down. Outdoor market 1 street over. Can't ask for more regarding location. And all the ladies running the place were so nice/welcoming and accommodating.

Really cute nautical themed hotel in a great walking location. The breakfast was really good, and not the usual hotel breakfast. We had mini pancakes, homemade yogurt, fruit, Etc. The staff was wonderful. The woman that runs the hotel was really thoughtful and friendly, and she helped us coordinate with other hotel guests in booking a transfer to Krabi to save us all money. The room was really comfortable, but the only downside is there is no elevator. Overall, we would definitely stay here again!

This B&B was far more outstanding than expected for the price. The lobby is an oasis in town to relax, the rooms are bright, very spacious and clean and the breakfast was simple but fresh and delicious. There is a common fridge, free coffee tea and cookies in the lobby and drinks for sale at a good price. What truly brings this B&B over the top is the incredibly kind and helpful english speaking staff that go out for their way for you. The owner Nat, gave us a wonderful introduction, advised us the best spots to eat, hike and relax and even drove us their free of charge! She also helped us to book and find our buses to and from town. Nautical home is also one of the most environmentally conscious and friendly of all those we booked in Thailand. Thank you for a wonderful visit. The city itself is a hub for resorts and dive boats. There is a lot of tourists, garbage and high restaurant prices. We were there to catch a West Coast Divers liveaboard and during that time Nat helped us find the more local enjoyable spots. While you are there be sure to visit the nearby weekend night market, Mama C's (sp?) bamboo hut restaurant, Khoalak National Park hiking trail and the white sand beach.

While advertised with parquet and nice room we just got simple cheap looking room, (no parquet or colored walls like in pictures). Other than that the place is ok for staying in good location and just go out and travel around.
