Helt OK

The owner was surprisingly afraid not getting paid and repeated the sentence "when do you pay" several times when I had an appointment in the afternoon! But we solved this problem, the owner might have had bad experiences...

Drama

Pluspunten: - locatie is goed. Rustig, maar op loopafstand van het centrum. Wel een stuk lopen naar het strand. - Kamers zijn ook prima. Wat gedateerd, maar alles functioneert. - De Thaise dame die schoonmaakt is super lief. Maar dit weegt allemaal niet op tegen het grote nadeel….

De Duitse eigenaar heeft nog nooit van gastvrijheid gehoord: - We mochten van de receptionist de wasmachine gebruiken. En later zag ik ook bij andere reviews dat dit 1 van de faciliteiten was. Toen we die stonden uit te laden kwam de eigenaar naar ons toe en vroeg op bijna agressieve toon wat we aan het doen waren, alsof we iets aan het stelen waren of zo. Toen we dat uitlegden bleef hij onvriendelijk en nors, geen enkele reactie op onze uitleg. - Onze auto hadden we ook met toestemming van de receptionist voor het hotel geparkeerd, maar die moest ook onmiddellijk verplaatst worden. Wederom geen reactie op onze uitleg dat we dit dus met toestemming van de receptionist hadden gedaan. Bij Booking staat duidelijk aangegeven dat er parkeerplaatsen zijn, dus wij waren ons sowieso van geen kwaad bewust. - Ik had zijn mailadres van iemand gekregen, dus had hem vooraf gemaild maar nooit antwoord gekregen. Toen ik hem daar naar vroeg ontplofte hij bijna. Waar ik het lef vandaan haalde om hem te mailen! Zijn mailadres was alleen voor vaste gasten. Werkelijk, alles wat ik hierboven beschrijf vond in 15 minuten plaats! Ik ben nog nooit zo onbeschoft behandeld, alsof we de grootste criminelen waren. Wat een ongelofelijk onklantvriendelijk persoon! En daarom is onze overall score een 1, want dit was echt onacceptabel!!!

Gazda a fost foarte amabila. Pe langa facilitatile puse la dispozitie ( bucatarie, masina de spalat) nea facilitat accesul la excursii si atractii din zona si ne-a gasit taxi atunci cand am avut nevoie. Mai mult ne-a si condus cu masina personala la diferite plaje la care nu se putea ajunge pe jos. Cand vom reveni in Khao Lak, cu siguranta ne vom caza tot aici.

De ligging is super tov het kleine en gezellige centrum. Het is er super relaxed en je voelt je er meteen thuis. Het is geen luxe accommodatie maar een gezellige guesthouse met een leuk dakterras.

Personnel très gentil, les chambres sont propres, les matelas sont assez confortables. L’emplacement est parfait, à proximité de tout, notamment du night market, des restaurants, de location de scooter, de laundry. Nous recommandons cet établissement !!

Będziemy miło wspominać

Lokalizacja świetna. Spokojna i cicha okolica a jednocześnie tylko 2-3 minuty spacerem do atrakcji miasteczka. Bardzo pomocny wlaściciel. Czuliśmy się dobrze zaopiekowani. Zawsze coś doradził lub zaproponował. Codzienne sprzątanie. Czyściutko. Polecam z czystym sumieniem. Szkoda że nie ma śniadań ale jest kuchnia z której można korzystać.

Enkelt men bra!

Rent och enkelt hotell. Tysk man som höll igång allt, väldigt tillmötesgående och omtänksam! Rummet var stort med det man behövde, säng, skrivbord, stol, kylskåp, ac, badrum. Utsikt över grönska å berg. Det fanns ett gemensamt litet pentry ifall man ville tillaga egen mat. Även en fin takterrass. Ca 15 min promenad till stranden som enligt mig är sådär. Bättre att åka upp ca 10 min till Khuk Khak beach istället. Underbart och lugnt!
