Excellent stay at Asiana House.

Great location, walking distance to the main streets and market. Few minutes ride by car to beautiful Coconut Beach. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. The owner is so nice and very helpful. Great breakfast.

Wonderful owner and spacious, clean rooms

Jam, the owner, is incredibly friendly and welcoming and makes you feel right at home. The room itself was spacious, with thoughtful and practical touches such as a desk, chairs, towel hooks, decent size wardrobe, fridge etc. Nice to have a little outside patio and the overall outside garden is pretty. Breakfast was really good, with nice variety, including good quality bread, sweet sticky rice, fresh fruit, granola, eggs etc. Location is on a quiet street but pretty close to the main area. Really good value for money too. Couldn't recommend this place more.

The bedroom would benefit from a kettle.

Excellent value, comfortable stay

A beautiful little oasis. We loved how quiet it was yet only a short walk from the restaurants and beach. Lots to do in the area. We had a wonderful week and felt very well looked after. Breakfasts were wonderful.

Nice breakfast-generous portions. They were very attentive with keeping the room well stocked. Friendly atmosphere. Helpful with booking the airport taxi.

This isn’t directly related to the property, but there was a lot of noise from barking dogs and some cats, often in the morning. In my country, I’d call the police if a dog barked that much. According to Google AI, this is less common to do this in Thailand. Unless you know someone with detailed local knowledge, you could run into the same issue anywhere else. Since it’s a quieter place, a dog’s bark will carry more.

Great place to stay!

This was a lovely property- beautiful garden setting, spacious and clean room, good a/c, bottled water provided, and delicious breakfast each morning. Jam was very helpful with arranging transport to and from the airport. She gave us great recommendations for where to take our laundry, etc. And we liked the quiet location- we could walk to restaurants in 5 minutes or so (our favorite was 15 minutes away on foot). We had tours booked each day, so we didn’t need a car or scooter. If we didn’t have those bookings, we would have probably needed alternative transportation for visiting the beach or other sites.

Hidden gem in the best part of Khaolak

The accommodation has everything you need, and the host is able to help with anything else day to day, like transport, booking things or local information. It is cosy, clean and serviced daily. The location is excellent, in the best part of Khaolak. The breakfast was delicious and filling and the entree was a different local dish each day which was a great way to start every morning. It is by far the nicest place my wife and I have ever stayed, and we can't wait to visit again in our future.

Calm and peaceful with exceptional service.

I cannot recommend this place highly enough. The owner ‘Jam’ provides an exceptional service in every respect. The breakfast is first class with fresh fruits and local produce. The rooms are cleaned daily and the fridge restocked with water and Coke. The location is quiet but only a short walk to town and the market and a little further to the beach. I like everything so much that I extended my stay 😊

Wenn man keinen fahrbaren Untersatz hat, wird es schwierig, es gibt keine Tuk-Tuks, und Taxis sind schwierig zu kriegen.

Чудесный отель в виде небольших бунгало, в каждом две отдельные комнаты/номера. Чисто, уютно, близко к основной дороге, к главной улице с ресторанами и магазинами, к морю метров 700-800. Хозяйка с сестрой каждый день готовила новый тайский десерт. Каждый день были вкуснейшие фрукты на завтрак. Территория зеленая, вся в цветущих деревьях, орхидеи в горшках и на деревьях. Очень уютно.

Не было фена в номере и чайника электрического. Очень этого не хватало.

ゆったりとした敷地に、十分な広さのコテージ風の部屋。美味しい朝食付きでも、とてもリーズナブルな値段です。オーナーも親切でいつも細々とした事を気にかけてくれます。オーナーの想いが伝わる宿は良いですね。

敢えて言えば、設備が古い事。シャワーの水圧はもう少し強くしてほしかった。しかし、大した問題ではありません。

Очень уютный отель в зеленом саду с цветами и птицами. Очень симпатичные номера, большие. Хороший дизайн, много дерева, прямо красиво. Большие окна в номере. Большая ванна комната, с большой столешницей у раковины. Помимо большого полотенца предоставляются средние и маленькие. Также есть шампунь и гуль для душа. Есть где припарковать байк. Чудесная хозяйка, очень милая. По утрам готовит вкусные завтраки и приносит вам к столу (тарелочка с фруктами, тосты с маслом и джемом, яйца + одно тайское блюдо (блинчик или булочки), чай/кофе). Удобно уезжать дальше, в Пхукет. Остановка находится с другой стороны дороги, прям перед 7/11. 7-10 минут пешком от отеля.

Это, скорее, комментарий ко всему Као Лаку. Нужно брать экскурсии с трансфером, такси или байк, если хотите хоть куда-то добраться дальше 7/11, пляжа, магазинов и ресторана. (В Bolt и Indrive мы ничего найти не смогли, нужно брать такси, которые стоят вдоль шоссе, но мы просто взяли байк). Но это неизбежно.

Excellent rapport qualité/prix.

L’accueil des hôtes tout spécialement Gem, sa disponibilité. Les jardins et les bons déjeuners. Situé près du Bang Niang market ainsi que de plusieurs autres restaurants. Elle est venue nous chercher et reconduire à l’arrêt d’autobus. Également, on avait oublié de venir nous chercher pour une excursion, or elle nous a reconduit au bureau de l’agence. Son mari nous a conduit à une magnifique plage avec d’autres clients du gîte.

La plage située tout près. Il faut s’éloigner pour accéder à de belles plages.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen, in dem Bungalow Preis ist ein kleines Frühstück enthalten, es gibt immer Eier, ein wenig Brot, Obst, Marmelade und Bacon/ müsli wenn man möchte. Kaffee und Saft ebenfalls. Die Gastgeberin bucht auch Ausflüge oder einen Flughafentransfer für euch, wenn ihr mögt. Zur Restaurant-und Geschäftsmeile ist direkt um die Ecke, zum Meer läuft ihr auch nicht weit. Auf der Terrasse darfst du rauchen, im kühlschrank steht Wasser und Cola für dich bereit. Es wird jeden Tag sauber gemacht. Die Betten sind der Hammer.
