Quiet garden hotel, near to the sea

The property is nice and quiet and lovely to hear the birds and the squirrels in the gardens with a coffee. Comfortable beds

Our door didn’t really lock. It locked, but if you pulled with any force it would slide open, which did cause us a lot of stress.

It was good value for money, was clean enough.

The staff weren’t friendly to non German speakers. They will likely respond to this and say it’s not the vibe they want but enough non Germans have said this in their reviews that there must be some truth in this. It certainly didn’t ‘feel’ welcoming to me as a non German speaker Mosquitos everywhere The walk back from the centre at night - the last 50 meters has limited lighting and felt risky as a solo female

Nice place but cumbersome communication with the stuff

A beautiful garden, and nice bungalows with good location.

The staff didn’t speak English at all, and they left in the middle of the afternoon, after which only a caretaker guy was there, who could only point us at the sign saying in case of questions reach out to the owner via whatsapp. We did, but she didn’t respond until next morning. Would be good to have easier communication. Our bedsheet was very dirty when we arrived (blood?), and the bathroom is also not very new.

Lovely, friendly bungalow resort in a lush setting

Lovely double bungalows set in a lush green garden. Big rooms and a deck to sit and read or drink wine. The staff was super nice and so were the guests (most of them repeaters, it seemed), always greeting as they walked past my bungalow. Location is good, a bit away from the hustle and bustle of the restaurants and bars (10, 15 mins walk). I hired a push bike from the store a few steps away to get me places a little faster (thb100 per day) which was great.

I knew the resort didn't have a pool and thought I didn't need one, but I kind of missed a quick jump in a pool in the evening to cool off. Nothing major, though.

Small resort full of birds 🦜🐦‍⬛ with lovely garden all around, 50mt from the beach. Room very clean, good mattress, great desk and chair to work on computer, well decorated, good light. Toilet hygienic and with products. We really enjoyed our stay, very quiet, reasonable breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff. Calm and quiet place. The resort has a very friendly kitty who likes to hang out in the rooms with the tourists.🐈

Au calme mais près de tout !

Très bon accueil, petit déjeuner excellent, jardin bien entretenu et très agréable. chambres au calme. La plage de Bang Niang est très agréable avec des restaurants et de magnifiques couchés de soleil Le night market est à 10 /15 minutes à pied, nous regrettons de ne pas être restés plus longtemps sur Khao Lak !

Man muss sich natürlich bewusst sein, dass man hier eine Unterkunft ohne Pool und direkte Strandlage bucht. Aber den Strand erreicht man in wenigen Minuten. Auch Restaurants, Läden, Massagen und den Markt erreicht man bequem zu Fuss. Für unseren Zweck (Übernachtung vor und nach dem Ausflug auf die Similans) war die Unterkunft genau richtig. Und das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist unschlagbar! Die Besitzerin spricht gut deutsch und hilft bei Problemen gerne weiter.

Die Unterkunft an sich war toll! Der Garten war ganz toll gepflegt und die Zimmer groß und sehr sauber. Das Personal war freundlich und stets hilfsbereit. Allerdings haben wir uns als drei Mädels, Mitte 20, sehr fehl am Platz gefühlt. Die Zimmer werden überwiegend von deutschen Rentnern bewohnt. Wir mieden das Frühstück, da wir uns etwas unwohl fühlten. Aber wir waren wohl generell in Khao Lak am falschen Ort.

Un accueil qui vire au cauchemar

La proximité du littoral situé à moins 20 minutes à pied. Le jardin est entretenu mais n’a rien d’exceptionnel.

L’accueil HORRIBLE de la cheffe du personnel en arrivant. Victime de retards de vols. Nous sommes arrivés avec 2 jours de retard sur les 3 nuits réservées. Nous avons ainsi perdu 2 nuits dans cet établissement non utilisées ainsi que les frais de taxi réservés que nous n’avons pas pu prendre car nous étions encore bloqués dans l’avion . Nous n’avons eu aucun geste commercial ni même un « welcome drink » seulement une personne méfiante et sans empathie réclamant tel un disque rayé « money taxi, money taxi » Un grand merci toutefois à ce client habitué du lieu qui a tenter (sans résultat) une médiation face à cette situation ubuesque
