Very good, family friendly house

Great hosts, very nice people! A lot of space in the room, water from the tank available in the kitchen, center of the town, close to the beach. Breakfast was ready even before 7 am for divers leaving home at 7, thank you for your hospitality!

It is a little further from the Nautical Home where breakfast is served. On the beach there were sleeping fish and we were afraid of swimming, but this is not related to the house itself. The Sushell house was great!

Exceptional

This cute hotel was overall very clean and is located in one of the best areas in town with lots of restaurants, shops and the Bang Niang Night Market nearby. The staff was exceptionally friendly and would go the extra mile for you to get the best experience. The owners - Visa & Nat - made sure we were equipped with all necessary information about the area. Thank you for making our stay so lovely! We’re already missing the daily home made tuna salad, lemon juice and pancakes for breakfast ;-)

Perfect stay in central Khao Lak

Perfect stay in the centre of Khao Lak. Nice and helpfull owners. We stayed in the new part (Seashell), some 90 m from the main house. The family room was nicely furnished and even had access to a shared kitchen. The location was 20 m off main road and thus more peacefull. Breakfast was in the main building. Alltogeather, great value for money.

A Cozy Stay in the Perfect Location

This bed and breakfast was incredibly cozy and had everything you could possibly need. The location is perfect, with plenty of restaurants and the beach just a short walk away. The included breakfast is excellent value for the price, and the owner is absolutely lovely—always ready with helpful recommendations.

This is only a minor point and quite normal for a tropical setting, but the house does have a slightly damp smell and the shower pressure could be stronger.

Great stay

Very good experience, we were there only for one short night, transiting to Khao Sok, but we had a very pleasant experience. The hotel was very conveniently located, the reception stayed open beyond normal working hours to welcome us as we were arriving a bit late, everything was very smooth, and overall excellent value for money. Will book again if I come back to Khao Lak!

Not too bad but won't make the second visit

The decorations and overall atmosphere are good.

Breakfast doesn't have a good variety. As parking area is not near the accommodation, its not convenient for luggage carrying.

The staff were so.lovely & helpful. They helped with onward travel arrangements & suggestions for days out. Always friendly & smiling. The breakfast was nice & plentiful. Fruit, eggs & pancakes set us up for the day.

Khao Lak area is expensive to get around by taxi to local beaches. This is not a problem if you are happy to drive a scooter. We stayed in the Annexe overlooking a car park. Blinds or a fine curtain is recommended to give privacy to the room while allowing daylight into the room.

A Perfect Stay in Khao Lak

This is an excellent place to stay in Khao Lak. It has a great location within walking distance of Bang Niang Market, the main road, and the beach. There are plenty of restaurants nearby to choose from. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and well maintained. Breakfast is simple but delicious. The owners and staff of the guesthouse are warm, friendly, and always ready to help. Overall, a truly pleasant and welcoming place to stay — highly recommended!

Super nice place with great staff in perfect location

Very friendly staff with always a big smile and good communication. They provide a lot of info about the best beaches, restaurants and so on via whatsapp which was very helpful. Room was very big and spacious and everything was very clean. Location is perfect, many restaurants and the night market very close and the beach just some minutes walking distance.

Could hear a lot the other guests through the walls.

Basic but very clean and has everything you need. Close to the beach (10 mins walk) and the Main Street (2 mins) Breakfast was lovely The hosts were so helpful and welcoming, lovely people!

Amazing stay

Great, Great, great stay! Mostly dealt with Nat. But the entire staf is so warm and kind. Bed was comfy and had my favorite bedding sheets. Soft and breathable. Had the luck to catch some of the pancakes. I’m Dutch and I have a high standard for those. These were super good. And the scrambled eggs…. Like eating clouds! I usually don’t visit places twice, but if I visit again I know where I’m staying!

Nice and friendly

The stuff was amazing! So friendly and welcoming! They take care of ecology, I respect that. There was cold and hot water available in the lobby all the time. And a fridge on the 1st floor free to use. And it was good for that money. For breakfast they can bake pancakes right there which is nice and tasty. One more time - very friendly and welcoming staff!

The room wasn't big, the light was yellow, the view from the room was dull. Finally I chose to stay in the lobby with my laptop rather than in my room. Rather far from the beach. The breakfast was tiny - scrambled eggs, tuna salad (though very tasty one), pancakes (though cooked especially for you and also tasty), toasts and 2 kinds of fruits. Homemade yoghurt (didn't try). Tea and coffee. That's all. No vegetables. Almost no choice.

Highly recommend

This place is amazing! Everything was great!! We had a room in the new building, very close to the beach. The room is huge, very clean and so comfortable. Nice breakfast! The staff is great and they do everything they can to help you. If I come back in Khao Lak I would definitely love to come back to this b&b. Thank you!

Nice, clean accommodation right in the middle of main street in Bang Niang area.

Lovely BnB run by a lovely couple, but be aware that it is located on the main street, among bars and restaurants, in Bang Niang. Perfect though if you want to be in the very centre.

I was looking for a quiet place to stay, so decided to move to another accommodation after a few days.

The hotel staff was always smiling and helpful. Rooms clean, spacious, beds comfortable. A refrigerator is available to guests. Location close to the beach and various local restaurants. For breakfast, you could order freshly prepared pancakes or omelets.

The most comfortable sleep and best hospitality of the 4 weeks in Thailand.

The bed is topnotch! 5-star quality. Homemade yoghurt with honey and lots of fruit was perfect to start my day. Also, the eco-friendly initiatives like free drinking water without single use plastic, serious separated trash and motion lights are impressive!

The owners were really nice and was always helpful if needed. The location is very useful approximately 600 meters from nice beach, 300 meters from market. and with a lot restaurants around. The room was simple but clean have everything needed. Good value for money.

The location is amazing. I could not imagine a better location since it is directly on the street where all the restaurants are. The beach is just 5 min walk. The owner was fantastic and really nice. The breakfast was also ok (for the price perfect!).

Séjour de 4 nuits

L'accueil et la gentillesse des hôtes, toujours disponibles et de bons conseils ! La localisation, c'est central pour faire différentes activités. Le petit déjeuner de qualité même si il manque de variété.

L'insonorisation quasi inexistante entre les chambres. Vous entendez vos voisins parler, rentrer, les mûrs vibrent lorsque les portes sont fermées... idem pour le sol si les gens ne font pas attention. Tout dépend donc de l'attitude de vos voisins mais nous avons été réveillés à 6h 3 nuits sur 4. Nous entendions tous les bruits du petit déjeuner sous la chambre. Si vous projetez de faire des excursions c'est bon mais passez votre chemin si vous chercher des grasses matinées. Le bar d'en face de la rue est un peu bruyant mais tout à fait acceptable comparé aux bruits des allées et venues.

Ruhig, entspannt und familiär

Mittendrin und sich ruhig, entspannt und gemütlich. Zimmer mit Klimaanlage, guten Betten und hübsch dekoriert. Es sind alle so nett! Wir haben viele gute Tipps für Ausflüge bekommen und sie auch über die Unterkunft gebucht. Das Frühstück war so lecker, immer frische Pancakes und Rühreier. Vielen Dank, sollen wir wieder nach Khao Lak kommen, würden wir sicher wieder hier buchen.
