Quiet choice

Good communication prior to arrival. Able to store our luggage prior to check-in. On a quiet road away from the noise but not too far to walk to beach/restaurants /shops. Nice private terrace. Good hanging space and other storage. Able to get daily cleaning with free water. Very clean. Comfortable bed. WiFi and shower worked well. They arranged our taxi transfer at the same price as generally advertised.

Could have done with a brighter outside light. The ice box needed defrosting. Only very small glasses provided.

Great hotel at a good price

We stayed in room A06 which was on the ground floor at the far end of the block which gave us privacy and was quiet. The room was large as was the bed and very comfortable. Lots of storage space and shelf space. A kettle with tea and coffee. The patio with table and chairs and drying rack was great. The gardens were beautifully kept and the pool was a great temperature and very clean. Location was 4-5 minute walk to the beach and there is a short cut to the main area with restaurants and bars. The market was about a 10-15 walk away. They had bicycles and you could rent a scooter there too.

Great for a few nights!

I booked this very last minute after I arrived at an awful hostel. The staff here were lovely! The room Was clean and comfortable with a fabulous balcony with comfy chairs. The pool is small but sufficient, and the place has a safe and relaxed vibe. Jus a short walk to the beach and restaurant area.

Despite some minor shortcomings, we are very happy with this hotel. This is not our first stay here,

Very friendly and helpful staff. Always willing to assist, including with non-standard requests. For example, they helped us place and receive orders from a local online store. Great location. A lively street with shops, restaurants, massage salons, and other services is about a 10-minute walk away. The local market is around 20 minutes away (open on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays). Choice of two good sandy beaches. One is about a 10-minute walk away, the other around 15 minutes. Excellent breakfasts. Very tasty, with daily treats of pastries from the owners. Beautiful, well-kept garden. A lovely area with birds, flowers, fruit trees, and fish — very pleasant to spend time in. Spacious and comfortable rooms. Plenty of space to move around and even do physical exercises in the room. We received a complimentary room upgrade. Our standard room was upgraded to a “villa” — a room in a separate building. Well-organized airport transfer. Everything was arranged smoothly and professionally, despite our many-hour delay upon arrival at the airport. Well-designed bathroom area. The shower is separated from the toilet by a floor level difference and a glass partition.

Room cleaning is only provided on request. Internet connection is not very stable, with occasional interruptions. Lizard droppings on the wall. The air conditioner sometimes blows them down, occasionally even onto the bed. Mosquitoes in the dining area during breakfast. The safe is not fixed to the wall, so it can be easily moved. Poorly designed furniture. The bedside tables have three drawers, but only the top one opens; the others are permanently stuck. Poor lighting near the mirror, making tasks like shaving or applying makeup inconvenient.

Room and bed are good as well as the bathroom. Staff was super nice and let me check-in a bit earlier. Location is a bit far from the main area. Maybe 10 minutes walk. Or 5-10 to the beach. Would definitely return for a quiet stay

Fantastic

What a fantastic place to stay. A good sized room with fridge, kettle, hairdryer, tea, coffee & 2 bottles of water each day. The room is very clean & comfortable, great bathroom, lovely terrace. The Swimming pool was lovely with plenty of sun loungers. The gardens are beautiful & peaceful. About a 5 minute to shops and restaurants. The staff were all very friendly & helpful. We would definitely recommend this lovely place, good value for money.

Quiet relaxing resort

The resort is quiet. You have the pool almost to yourself. We could leave our luggage after checking out. The rooms are clean and spacious.

We rented a scooter at the main street. That way the resort was easily accessible. The beach where you can swim is 30 minutes walking distance . With a scooter the location was perfect. Without it probably would be a little to far off the happening street.

Very clean and very relaxing

The Pratum Resort is a lovely place with a lovely maintained garden and fish pond. The attention to detail is exceptional and it was very nice to look around this tranquil place. Very relaxing and not far from the beach.

Le foto caricate non rendono, l'hotel si presenta pulito e ben curato. Le camere sono ampie e ben tenute, anche il bagno ampio. Rimane leggermente fuori dal centro di Khao Lak (10 minuti a piedi). Nonostante lo staff non parli una parola di inglese, sono gentili e disponibili ad aiutare. Prende solo contanti.

Erster Eindruck von außen und vom Pool war in Ordnung,

Im Zimmer angekommen fiel uns direkt der komische geruch in die Nase. Wir vermuten es roch von den alten Vorhängen so. Jedenfalls war der Geruch unangenehm. Im Zimmer selbst, waren kaputte Fliesen, ein dreckiger Mülleimer und am schlimmsten dreckige Bettlaken und dreckige Bettwäsche. Siehe Fotos anbei.
