Not wort the money

Big pool that almost no one else used.

We had been communicating via e-mail before arriving. They gave us a price for two children with xtra beds. It was not clear for us that the price was for each child before arriving (they charged 600 TBath pr. child!). They didn’t reply our mails sent several weeks but instead sent an email two days before - to a wrong mailaddress…They ended up giving us a discount for 100 tBath pr. child - not much… Thereafter they promised to sent a staff member to our room with our luggage. After waiting for an hour we ended up getting it ourselves because we didn’t feel save that it was just standing outside the hotel. They didn’t even come later to apologise or ask if we had picked our luggage ourselves… The breakfast was noting special. The “beach” was a joke!

Lovely, quiet and rustic hotel by the sea. Close to the restaurants and the night market.

I loved the peace and quiet in the hotel and its surroundings. No traffic or party noise. It was great to enjoy the breakfast by the sea.

The premises are a little worn, but they are kept very clean, so I enjoyed my stay here.

Quiet and peaceful retreat.

How calm and relaxed it was. The rooms are big and airy and the staff are all very nice. It’s very peaceful and quiet.

The mattress was hard, however the staff put extra duvets on top of the mattress to make it softer.

Peaceful

Stayed in a Delux Villa, great size with massive bathroom. Large balcony area looking through the garden to the beach and sea. Location is a little way out of town but a peaceful stroll. Good sized pool and surrounding area. It was very quiet for quite a large hotel so was very peaceful and relaxing.

Didn’t have any warm or hot water in the shower but the water was just okay to use. The beach area was a bit scruffy and needs a bit of TLC.

Relax in Comfort

Spacious bungalow-style accommodation in lovely natural surroundings. Excellent staff, good restaurant, top class pool. An easy 10/15 minute stroll south on a quiet road and you're in "downtown" Khao Lak with its excellent restaurants, shops etc., go north for 5 minutes to reach a small beach, bar and restaurant.

Superb

Close to the Soi Hat Bang Niang with many shops, bars, restaurants etc. Rooms are very big. We've booked pool view on the second floor. The hotel is not too big so you can reach all accommodations quickly. Pool surrounded by a lot of tropical plants. Breakfast in front of Bang Niang beach with a beautiful view. We'll definitely come again :-)

Nice, clean and quiet place for seniors

Bungalows are spacious and clean, beds are comfy (if you like hard mattresses), nice greenery and beach restaurant. Compliments to the bartender at the beach: great service, great cocktails!

Just as in all restaurants and bars in Khao Lak, we were shocked to see that plastic straws are still a thing there. Every drink usually comes with 2 (?) straws plus the little plastic picks for decoration. No particiular blame on Sudala, this is just how it is done in Khao Lak. Unfortunately, the visitors do not seem to bother. If you do, here is a tip: the bartender at Sudala is more than happy to re-use your straws and decoration or, in the best case, not to use them at all.

Der Strand war recht klein und im Restaurant hatte sehr wenig Auswahl an veganen Speisen. Personal war sehr freundlich aber konnte meistens nicht wirklich helfen.

Gute Hotelanlage mit 2 Pools, Bungalows und Hotelzimmern.

Uns hat das Frühstücksangebot gefallen. Viel Obst, thailandisch geprägte Suppen und Curry, Ei-Theke, Joghurt, Gemüse, Kuchen ... Das Personal war sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und hat sich sehr auch darum gekümmert, fehlendes zeitnah wieder aufzufüllen.

Wir kennen den Strand noch von vergangenen Jahren, wo man den schönen breiten Strand weit entlang laufen konnte. Jetzt ist viel Fläche mit Beton bis an das Wasser verbaut. Das Sudala hat eine riesige Betonfläche anstatt schönem Strand - Sehr schade! Baden kann man über einen kleinen Fußweg am Strand vor dem Nachbargrundstück. Dort ist auch noch etwas vom Strand zu nutzen. Beim Sudala geht eine Treppe runter zum Strand oder Wasser. Bei Ebbe sieht man einen schmalen Sandbereich. Bei Flut ist es nicht ratsam, dort ins Wasser zu gehen. Wir haben einen Bungalow (Grand deluxe Room) bewohnt. Wünschenswert wäre hier, die Ausstattung ein wenig zu erweitern oder zu verbessern. Z.B. nur 1 Stuhl zum hinsetzen ist zu wenig.

Die Anlage war nicht schlecht

Der geworbene kilometerlange Strand ist nicht vorhanden. Die Auflagen der Liegen waren kaputt und dreckig. Die Mitarbeiter waren unfreundlich. Im Internet steht etwas vom Taxiservice, als wir jedoch nach einem Taxi fragten wurden wir zur Straße geschickt dort würden Taxis eventuell stehen. Im Internet sind Bilder vom schönen Sandstrand, jedoch ist dort eine Betonplatte wo der Strand sein sollte. Bei vorzeitiger Abreise wurde nicht mal das nicht genutzte Frühstück erstattet.

Städningen, uppgifter om hotellet stämmer inte överens med verkligheten. Ingen poolbar, massa barn trots att de står endast vuxna. Skräp, smuts, rummen bedrövligt, ofräscht, kackerlackor och andra kryp på rummen. Frukosten skulle öppna 6.30, kl 7.30 började allt vara framme. Kokosnötter i palmerna där man går vid pool, massa liggandes på marken. Poolen ofräch och rengjordes sällan trots påpekanden. Vid bokning skulle boendet betalas på plats, pengar var draget från kontot 2dagar innan avresa och dragit 600 kr mer. Allt kostade extra såsom handtvål vid tvättställ. Ockerpriser delux. Djupt badkar och ingen slang till dusch.
