Superb hotel, lovely breakfast and most staff were very friendly. Especially our cleaner who was wonderful with our baby and even brought her some local mosquito lotion. We were offered another room on a lower floor due to having a baby. The massages were the same price as local massages which was a bonus. The bus shuttle could have been free rather than charge guests each time as the hotel is quite far away, but we knew that when we booked. Only sour point was being confronted by the receptionist in front of other guests who mistakenly accused me of not paying for the full shuttle price and embarrassed us in front of other guests. The receptionist did not apologise when she realised her mistake.
