Slept like a log on the super clean bed, in a super clean room.
Pool is decent but very clean.
Staff are friendly.
Location requires taxis or better yet rent from the Local mini mart, cheap late model scooters.

The room was very cheap, if you are looking for a budget friendly accommodation, this is perfect. They have big pool open until 22:00. The staff was absolutely amazing and friendly. They have unlimited water, but you have to refill, but it's very convenient. No lift, but it's good to burned your calories. The only bad sides for me as an honest reviewer is that the room has a stinky smell coming out from the bathroom which I can complain because it's an economy hotel so we didn't bother to complain in the reception however, if you are looking for a comfortable, stay better if you ask for a room on the second floor because we got the room on the higher floor and I cannot sleep well I woke up every three hours because the dove birds are living on the ceiling and they keep flocking to each other and it's extremely annoying. I cannot complain because they're part of the nature since it's a countryside location however, I wish they could put some trap so that the dove will not be living in the ceiling because it's completely destroy the sleep of the guest. Over all the room is clean and spacious worth with the money you will paid for.

I think the best things about this hotel were: large comfortable bed, quiet area, spacious hotel room with balcony, and a pool.
Bathroom was terrible! No shower curtain, noticeable caulking around tub, floor tiles & drain. I couldn’t figure out how to get hot water. Room used a regular key with no deadbolt and my room didn’t have a functioning chain lock. Location was not close to anything - need to rent a scooter or car, however it also possible to take a songthaew (taxi) from the main road.
The property does offer bike rentals by the hour or for the day. The staff were friendly with limited English language skills (not a negative - I was in Thailand afterall, just made communication a bit more challenging).
I would not stay here again as someone who wanted better access to the beaches.
