Wow, my only regret is not booking for longer

Wow; what an amazing hotel. The beach, the dining area, the pool, the rooms, everything was wonderful...especially the staff. We were super lucky to receive a room update during out 3 day stay...incredibly grateful.

Nothing. Truly excellent. There was some large construction taking place during our stay that had us worried...but our room was far enough away that it had zero impact on us.

Beautiful location in the jungle but right on the beach. Small and relaxing. The staff were excellent. About a 10 minute walk in to the centre of Khao Lak for a good choice of places to eat.

If the hotel had not been under construction, it might have been an enjoyable trip

The location is definitely the best in Khao Lak. It is necessary to rent a car or a scooter; the hotel rented us a scooter for 200 baht per day (€5).

Although the hotel had informed us that there were some construction works, after further inquiries we were told that the works were limited. In reality, the works were everywhere. There was a large construction site near the entrance, one near our room, and one near the pool. Moreover, while we were relaxing on the beach, excavators arrived; the staff told us it would only last a few minutes, but it went on for an hour. Most importantly, we had not been informed that the spa was closed (it was under construction), and for us this was a real inconvenience. In addition, one of the main receptionists was always very rude. Luckily, the beach was wonderful, otherwise we would have asked for our money back."

Very relaxed stay.

The rooms are very nice and well placed. Nice they light a candle in your room around sunset against bugs . Views are amazing. Staff very friendly.

The staff is very friendly but they do treat you a bit funny and take a picture of you they share with the staff so it felt a little strange all of them know exactly who you are. The main downside might be the restaurant. Food is really not good unfortunately. The hotel is so lovely and deserves better.

A very pleasant stay.

Lovely hotel grounds and traditional hatched roof Thai cottages. Location is great with a very pretty beach. The staff were so kind, friendly and helpful.

The rooms can use modernisation, they were clean but the interior looked dated. The spa had lovely rooms but the massage was sub-standard.

Amazing stay

The property is ideally located just a 15-minute walk or 5-minute taxi/motorcycle ride from the city center. The restaurant and pool area offer stunning beachfront views, and the amenities are excellent. One of the best features is how the rooms are nestled among lush trees, creating a natural and peaceful atmosphere. The rooms are also very spacious. Loved our time here and would definitely come back!

Like many accommodations in Thailand, the beds are quite firm - which is typical of the traditional local style but may take some getting used to for international travelers.

Paradise is paradise, literally

Staying at Khao Lak Paradise was absolutely exceptional. We lived in a botanical garden on a beautiful beach, surrounded by birds singing. All services were of a high standard, staff were very helpful and discreet. Massage and restaurant perfect.This beautiful resort will stay in my memory forever.

Location was good, close to the Khao Lak town and very good restaurant. Nice view of a pretty beach and the surrounding. Very kind and helpful staff at the resort.

There was a loud noise almost everyday, in the evening and very early morning, which made it difficult to sleep or relax. I didn't have hot water in the beginning.

Heaven on earth, really!

Stayed in Khaolak Paradise Resort for 3 nights and miss it already! Most pretty surrounding and facilities, on top of that we had the most nice and welcoming staff, delicious Thai food and drinks (try the coconut espresso) ! We will definitely will come again and recommend our friends :)

This hotel is real Paradise as it is called. The garden is pure beauty. It is very quite. Personnel was very accommodating and friendly, all areas of the hotels are super nice, the pool is huge and extremely well appreciated just a few step from the beach. The beach is also very nice will big rocks. The sport gym was appreciated and well equipped as well !
