Perfect quiet spot

Quiet haven, lush green surroundings, close to shops/restaurants and only 10 minute walk to beach. Fresh breakfasts and great laundry service. The staff were amazing, made us feel very welcome.

Exceptional local family run bungalows - an oasis at Bang Niang

Wonderful family run resort where all bungalows are located around pool area. The bungalows are comfortable and have both fans and air con AND screen doors to keep the mosquitos out. Each bungalow also has a great patio to sit on that would be well protected when they do get rain. Pool is lovely with lots chairs and umbrellas and exceptionally clean. There are a few tiles that have popped off but they are looking how to fix, and as they are small tiles and only missing from walls of pool so no impact to your use and enjoyment of pool. Laundry service was great and was able hire good quality scooters at fair price. Really enjoyed our stay here - it is well located to get to both of the local night markets and some great local Thai restaurants. Would definetly stay again.

*Comments relate to beach area and not the resort* The beaches and area around Bang Niang was a little disappointing for us, with the hotels and resorts on beachfront blocking access to much of the sea front. The best part of the beach that is accessible starts from the northern end, where there are some fun little beach bars where you can get a cocktail and watch the sunset. You can also walk along the beach to the north for some distance in dry when lagoon does not flow into sea.

I got warm welcome from the owner, they're so kind and friendly. The room is clean and big enough for 2 people. The resort is surrounded by restaurants and not far from convenient store. It's worth it and beyond its price.

Great place to relax

The location and the swimming pool area were amazing. As were the staff. Very friendly and professional.

No fresh coffee in the morning. Would prefer a Thai breakfast or a breakfast with fresher bread or sausages.

L’Hotel era molto carino, semplice ma con tutto il necessario. Inoltre i proprietari sono stati di una gentilezza incredibile, sempre disponibili a fare due chiacchiere. Nel complesso un ottimo soggiorno, vicinissimo alla zona più centrale della cittadina ma comunque sempre tranquillo e silenzioso.

Уютно, тихо. Уединение, но при этом близко к оживленной улице и к пляжу. Хорошие завтраки включены в стоимость. Очень милая и приветливая хозяйка! В этом месте я впервые увидела очень красивую птичку Буроголовую щурку! Она периодически прилетает на дерево возле ресепшен. В некоторых странах она считается птицей счастья! И именно здесь я несколько раз её увидела!

Einfach traumhaft😍Die Betreiberin und Ihr Mann sind so freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir waren zum zweiten Mal da und kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder👍Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker 😋 das Omelett bereitet die Chefin perfekt zu🙏ich liebte es 😍Der Bungalow , sowie der Frühstücksbereich sind perfekt sauber👌👍und das nicht nur in Thai Höhe. Zur Bungalow Anlage gehört vorne an der kleinen Straße eine sehr gemütliche Bar mit leckeren Cocktails und angenehmener Musik. Der Barkeeper ist der Hammer, er macht seine Späße, ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam👍Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit im Honghte 🙏🙏🙏Markus und Sabine 🙏

Der Kühlschrank im Zimmer ist für uns zu laut gewesen, ist jedoch nicht so schlimm, wir haben Ihn einfach über Nacht ausgeschaltet.

Superschöne Unterkunft und liebevoll angelegter Palmengarten

Die Unterkunft ist insgesamt superschön angelegt, toller Pool, sehr herzliche Besitzer, gutes Frühstück und eine sehr gute Lage zum Zentrum und zum Strand. Für uns war es wirklich perfekt. Ausflüge zu den Similan Islands (war sehr schön)und Flughafentransfer haben wir zu fairen Preisen über die Besitzer gebucht. Der Strand in Khao Lak hat uns nicht angesprochen, coconut beach jedoch ist mit Taxi in 15 Minuten erreichbar und superschön. Insgesamt war uns Khao Lak zu "deutsch", jedoch guter Ausgangspunkt für tolle Strände und Ausflüge.
