Great stay!

Very friendly staff that immediately helps you the moment you get out of the car. Room is good, beds are comfy and it is clean. Facilities are nice with a proper and clean pool with pleanty of beds

Loved this property so much, we ended up extending for four extra days. It was comfortable and quiet. The staff was extremely nice. The hotel shuttle was convenient. Walking distance to restaurants and the beach. Will definitely be back!

We had to move rooms our last night to the C building, where the WiFi was less than great BUT I’d still come back.

Wonderful local hotel, good location and nice people

Very nice hotel, with a lot of plants and decorations as it is named. People working here are really nice, kind, professionals, and good advisors about places to visit and go for eat or relax. With a car rented or local taxi you'll be on the beach quickly (Coconut one is beautiful). The breakfasts are good, the room are large, confortable and quiet, swimming pools are nice. There is a sport-wellness space too. The hotel is totally adapted for families with kids.

It is better to have a car or scooter to go on places around, but taxis are not too expensive and many restaurants or markets are near this hotel (all in 10-15 min walk area)

Very beautiful and great location

Beautiful gardens the property it’s super nice at a very good location. The breakfast is basic but for what you pay it’s decent. The rooms super clean and comfortable The stuff incredibly friendly and helpful. Always ready to help. As the weather was not the best we spent a lot of time at the pool which made our stay at Khao lak better. Definitely coming back

Beautiful setting and wonderful place to stay

A beautiful place with such helpful staff. Very peaceful and just the ultimate in relaxation and getting away from it all. A very good quality hotel for not a huge price tag, would definitely stay again.

Would have liked a bar and restaurant on site so as not to have to treck into town.

Tranquil stay in Khao Lak

This place is amazing if you need to chill out! The surroundings are beautiful and the rooms are lovely. Great pool!! 15 minute walk to Khao Lak town. Staff are outstanding.

Only suggestions would be to have coffee available on site during the day but really no problem as there is a cafe next door.

Lovely Resort in Khao Lak

Lovely Resort in Khao Lak - perfect location about 20 min walk from Khao Lak Beach. We did not want to stay on overtouristy and hectic main drag and this was a great and quiet location exactly as advertised. The road to the beach goes through "downtown", so you will see you're not missing out on anything. Rooms were large and clean, WiFi worked perfectly, staff was super friendly and helpful. We arrived from Koh Phayam and arranged the car with a driver through the staff here - they offered better prices than 12goAsia, the ride from Ranong went perfectly fine, so we also booked the next ride with them, to take us all the way down towards Koh Mook (we checked and once again they offered better prices). We also arranged a day trip to Khao Sok National Park through them - it went great! Loved the breakfast: they had both local and Western food, plus the egg station.

An excellent stay!

Thank you all staff Fotesr Resort KhaoLak for making our stay incredible. We loved every minute of it! Amazing staff - always ready to help. Great location - everything is a walking/taxi/scooter ride distance. Super clean and new rooms, excellent room service. Plentiful breakfast, stunning surroundings, the list is endless! We would definitely love to come back (not to mention value for money). 10/10!

It is perfect.

The hotel is very atmospheric. You have a pool for swiming and a decorative shalow pool between villas for cooling and view. All territory is drowning in orchard full of flowers. Villas are exceptionally comfortable. They even have a wardrobe room, very convenient to put all your staff out of your own eyes. Staff is very attentive and hospitable. Even rates for taxi and additional services are on the cheaper side for Khao lak.

All in all, we had a great time, our villa pad was beautiful loved it.

This place is a hidden gem, green, plants everywhere and well maintained. The hotel was lovely and suited us perfectly. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. We loved our stay here. There’s a cafe lit front of the hotel and laundry too.

It’s a bit of a walk to Bang Niang Markets but it’s less the. 5 mins to 7/11 and there are lots of local eateries on the way. It’s located on the opposite side of the road to Bang Niang and it can be a busy road to cross. However taxis are around everywhere.

This is a very nice place. Something you do not expect when you look at its location.

It's a bit of a walk to anythibg major. This is not necessarily a problem if you like walking. But some people (like my friend) did take this in consideration before she booked at another place.

If the hotel is under booked then dont put a breakfast on that is not adequate for the people

The breakfast was terrible. You could see that because of covid bookings the breakfast waqs no where as good as my previous stay. Selection was terrible. so much so we paid for another hotel and moved out

As the place was not fully booked the breakfast was terrible and only once we complained did it get slightly better. I would not book here again.

המלון חדש, נקי מאוד, מטופח. צמחייה נהדרת מקשטת את כל מרחבי המלון. הוא בנוי כאזור וילות הפונות לבריכה גדולה ורדודה, מתאימה מאוד לילדים, וסתם להתרעננות מהחום, ואזור נוסף בן שתי קומות, בו הבריכה מתאימה יותר לשחייה. יש חנייה מרווחת למי שמגיע עם רכב או אופנוע. שוק באנג-ניאנג במרחק הליכה של כ-15 דקות מהמלון. ארוחת הבוקר סבירה ודי אופיינית לזו שקיבלנו בעוד מלונות בתאילנד. הצוות נהדר, מסביר-פנים, מעוניין לעזור ככל יכולתו. יש שאטל-ואן ממוזג שניתן לשלם עליו (מחיר מוזל יחסית לטנדרים הפתוחים שמסתובבים בקאו-לאק) ולהגיע למרכז קאו-לאק, לחופים ועוד. המלון נמצא מאחורי מבנה שעל הכביש הראשי , אך הוא שקט לגמרי, וכל מה ששומעים בלילה זה צפרדעים מקרקרות(😄) ותרנגולים קוראים בבוקר(🐔). פשוט היה כיףף.

Der Poolzugang von der Terrasse aus, das Frühstück, der wunderschöne Garden mit den Orchideen und die Freundlichen Mitarbeiter.

Wir hatten im Zimmer wenig Platz für unsere Sachen und im Bad war es eng, da die Tür im weg stand.

Wir kommen wieder!!

Das Hotel ist nicht zu groß und ist wunderschön angelegt. Obwohl es an der Hauptverkehrsstraße liegt, ist es ruhig und entspannt. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich, hilfsbereit und versucht jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Nach ein paar Tagen fühlt es sich schon wie Familie an. Man kann direkt im Hotel Roller mieten, die unseren Urlaub zu einem echten Erlebnis gemacht haben. Man kann überall mit den Rollern zu wunderschönen Stränden fahren. Das Frühstück im Hotel ist super lecker.

Gerne wieder

Sauberkeit und Lage sind herausragend. Lage: nahe genug an allen Sehenswürdigkeiten in Bang Niang aber dennoch weit genug weg vom Trubel, etwas abgesetzt von der Hauptstraße und dadurch von der Lautstärke in Ordnung

Leider gibt es derzeit direkt nebenan eine Baustelle , was den Baulärm unabdingbar macht, da ich aber vor 8.00 Uhr aufstehe macht mir das nichts aus.
