Quiet place to relax

One night stay

The owner is really nice. She arranged transport and was quiet helpful. The location is good, quiet area and the pool was refreshing. They have cats and dogs.

The room was a smelly and its a bit outdated. I find it sad that a single fish is kept alone in a small tank, without plants or any place to retreat to.

Wonderful, family friendly rooms!

Staff were so lovely. Rooms were very soundproof (Which is the dream with a baby). We paid for a baby cot, which was beautiful, our son slept "like a baby!". All the other quests there were older, which meant the pool/ general environment was lovely and chill. Pool was great. Breakfast isn't the most exciting, but was fine.... if you're looking to find authentic, cheaper food then you do have to walk at least 30 mins to the main road - but that's our fault for not knowing the different areas.

The staff is really friendly and very helpful! They have breakfast and a laundry services. Every day the room got cleaned and new water got provided. Towels were changed, but not everyday. The swimming pool is nice.

We liked everything. Staff were lovely. The pool was small but lovely. The room was massive and cleaned daily. Bed was comfy. Air con was great. The whole place was nice and quiet. It was close to bars, restaurants and a beach. Just a really nice place.

Yes, there was the smell of camphor in the bathroom but it's better than the smell of drain so we didn't mind.

Very nice and great for kids

Very nice and quiet place just outside the busy streets of Khao Lak. The lady offered us a bigger room as it was available when we got there which was comfortable (small extra price). We got there with our car and could park it inside with no worries. Walking distance from the beach.

amazing stay at Summer House resort

Summer house is a nice resort for families and couples. In a quiet but convenient area of Khao Lak. We particularly enjoyed our stay because of the sheer sympathy and help of Bum, the owner of the resort. She made our stay convenient and chill, thanks again !

The house lady is super nice and will help you in any way she can! We were able to rent a scooter from her (150 baht for 110cc and 200 baht for 125cc), which is not expensive and very handy to explore Khao Lak.

We didn't have hot water to shower because of some issues with the boiler but eventually, someone came to fix it

Greatest place ever❤️

Boom the owner is amazing! Very friendly & helpfull. She upgraded our original room with no extra charge. She brought toys to our daughter to play with & let her feed the fish😍 she also brings us fruits to try & helps us get good prices for tours & taxies. We love it here and end up stayi g with her for 10 more days🤩 we highly recommend this place!!

Ruhig gelegenes Appartement mit super freundlichen Personal. Nahe Strand und Nahe der Stadt. Das Frühstück war immer sehr lecker und schnell zubereitet.

Klimaanlage war etwas laut aber das ist wirklich der einzige Makel!

Excellent séjour

La situation par rapport au centre ville. Endroit calme et non bruyant tout en étant proche du centre ville. Les bungalows sont spacieux et bien équipés, grand frigo, bouilloire ainsi que la terrasse avec table et fauteuils + étendoir à linge. La piscine est très bien entretenue et très proche des bungalows. Les petits déjeuners proposés sont très convenables et à des prix honorables. Le personnel et la boss sont très agréables et arrangeants. Nous retournerons volontiers y passer quelques temps.

Sehr gepflegte Anlage mit komfortablen und sauberen Zimmern; tägliche Zimmerreinigung; Frühstück inklusive mit viel Auswahl und super nettem Service. Wir waren 12 Nächte hier, wären gerne wieder gekommen, aber leider war ausgebucht - aber wenn wir wieder nach Khao Lak kommen, dann hier her 😍🍀

Alles bestens, einige Minuten Fußweg zum Strand und zu den Restaurants, dadurch aber sehr ruhig und entspannt 😎

Wir fühlten uns wie zu Hause

Ein kleines Resort mit erfrischendem Pool, umzingelt von Bungalows. Geräumige Zimmer, sauber, wurde jeden Tag von der Housekeeping gepflegt. Scheint sehr beliebt zu sein mit deutschen Rentnern, die dort überwintern. Das Allerbeste ist die Managerin, "Bum", so freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben Mofas von ihr zu einem günstigen Preis gemietet und sie waren einwandfrei. Der Bang Niang Strand ist nur 10 Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen. Leider ist der Strand sehr von der Erosion beschädigt, abe trotzdem schön zum Baden mit einem netten Cafe (Long Beach) und ein sehr freundliches Restaurant namens Chicken House mit ausgezeicheneter thailändische Küche.

Die Klimaanlage war etwas laut, sonst alles in Ordnung.

Excelente ubicación, muy cerca a la playa y a restaurantes. Las instalaciones son muy cómodas y agradables, tiene una vibra tranquila para relajarse totalmente. Me encanta que tengan tantas mascotas: perros gatos peces pájaros, todo estuvo hermoso!

De pronto en la noche, que estén más pendientes de apagar todas las luces. La primera noche fue un poco incómodo tanta luz a media noche. De resto, todo fue espectacular! Súper recomendado.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, fußläufig war sowohl der Stand als auch die belebten Straßen ca. 5 Minuten entfernt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der außergewöhnlich freundliche und sehr hilfsbereite Host. Sie hatte viele hilfreiche Tipps für uns und hat bei der Buchung von Trips und Transfers tatkräftig unterstützt.

Okay für ein oder zwei Nächte. Der erste Eindruck des Zimmers war "sehr einfach", aber letztendlich

Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war sehr einfach, aber okay. Es hat alles funktioniert und war sauber. Schön war, dass wir direkt auf einen Pool mit gepflegter blumiger Umgebung sehen konnten.

Die Einrichtung war etwas karg, aber für den Preis okay. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls okay, aber im Vergleich zu anderen Unterkünften in gleicher Kategorie etwas einfach.

top sauber und zweckmäßig

da ch in Thailand keinen Luxus brauche, sondern eine zweckmäßige und saubere Unterkunft, hat es mir im Khao Lak Summer House sehr gut gefallen. Sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal. Fußläufig 2 Min. vom Strand entfernt, ebenso ein sehr einfaches aber sehr gute Restaurant und Strandbar. Kleine Minimarkt in 10 Min. erreichbar, Wer Luxus für den Preis erwartet, der sollte ein Resort buchen, denn eine schlechte Bewertung hat die Unterkunft nicht verdient.
