Good value for the price and easy walking distance to Koh Lak and the beach. Friendly and helpful staff. We only stayed on night and walked into the Main Street for breakfast in the Bistro which was lovely. Thank you for looking after us.

The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive to all my questions. While I didn't have time to use the pool, it looked well maintained. Inside the room, the AC worked perfectly, and the coffee at the reception was a nice highlight.
The cleanliness was a major concern. the sheets and shower were visibly dirty upon arrival. The room layout is unusual, as the main entrance is a sliding window facing the parking driveway rather than a standard door. This made it very easy for mosquitoes to swarm the room every time I entered. Additionally, the walk to the main road and beach isn't the most pleasant and takes longer than expected.
