Great and spacious apartment

The apartment was well-equipped, clean and light. The beds in both rooms were comfortable. The living room-dining room area is great and spacious. We were very satisfied.

Be aware of the parking rules in the Poincaré Street. There are a few free parking spaces directly in front of the entrance. Additionally, we found out that parking on the side of the street where the apartment is located is also free, but parking on the opposite side of the same street is not. The street lies on the border between two cities as far as we were informed. Nevertheless, parking was completely fine as there were many free spaces on the street and around the block. However, what we did not like is the smoke smell in the building.

A night near Strasbourg.

New-build block of flats, nice new design. Nice open-plan kitchen. Spacious bathrooms. Nice large balcony with good view.

No parking near the entrance. Very far to walk from the street, until the last block, through the yard and then again far inside the building, last door end of corridor. Not suitable for elderly or if coming loaded with luggage. Only suitable for light travellers. No parking offered within the premises although so much empty spaces inside and no spaces outside, which appears very not welcoming. No option even just to drive in through gate to drop off people or luggage. Landlord doesn't even have a fob for the driveway gate and doesn't know how to assist. We were trapped with our car inside for a long time after a neighbour opened for us the gate, but then it wouldn't open automatically on the the way out. How silly. Room was stinking of people smoking from the past. Too small beds and not enough beds. Silly narrow double beds only, instead of providing wider and single beds. Poor couch bed. Only 1 toilet. Neighbours all over the area partying loudly throughout the night creating so much noise. Nobody on the premises to assist with anything you might need help with. No sounds proof insulation. So throughout the flat everyone hears each other.

Located on in a modern 'house', near to highway and near to a supermarket (700m).. The host was very helpful and gave detailed insteuction what and how has to use inside the flat.

The beds could be good for a standard size person, but for a larger ones little bit small.

Nett, mit Potenzial nach oben in der Kommunikation

Wir haben 30 Min lang den Schlüssel gesucht. Leider waren die Angaben vom Vermieter nicht vollständig. Danach hatten wir keine Information gefunden welche Etage und welches Apartment das richtige ist. Telefonisch, per WhatsApp und per Booking war der Vermieter nicht erreichbar. Zudem haben wir für 6P gebucht, es wurde aber nur für 4P die Betten bezogen.

Zeer aangenaam verblijf voor gezin met 3 kinderen

Zeer ruim appartement met alle voorzieningen. Ook vaatwastablet, afwasmiddel en handdoek was voorzien. Rolluiken die de kamers echt donker kunnen maken. Goede instructies om appartement vlot te bereiken. Babybedje aanwezig en in orde. Speeltuintje op afgesloten tuin tussen de appartementcomplexen. Host is reactief.

Een babystoel zou nog handig zijn.

Alles was goed verzorgd. De kamers waren netjes, schoon en verder van alle gemakken voorzien.

Minpunt: De bedden waren minder. Het zijn twijfelaars van 1,40m breed, wat echt te krap is om comfortabel met z’n tweeën in te slapen. Dat viel tegen.

Excelente para grupos con coche.

Estaba extremadamente limpio, para el invierno la calefacción anduvo excelente. Es amplio todos podrían tener su propio espacio hasta siendo 6 personas. Con un coche la distancia a Strasburgo no se percibe, respecto a calidad precio un 10.

Si hay algo que podría mejorar es solamente el tema de las almohadas porque son muy bajitas. Pero igual te dejaba dormir.
