The treatment should have been way better for the European standard.

The rooms were well warmed and water pressure was good. The security was excellent though a bit excessive.

I did not appreciate the fact that it was almost impossible to contact the management, either by phone or by email. We got stuck inside the house because we forgot the key outside, and for more than 2 hours we could not reach the management, even until after 10am, the time someone was supposed to be in the office and pick our phone calls or respond to emails. We would have died inside in case something worst had happened. During the three days of our stay, no one showed up to clean the place, though we have paid huge amount for cleaning. Furthermore, bead sheet and covers were not enough. I am rating you "Fair" because we were lucky to found the owner of the place upon our arrival, and she was sympathetic with us, and gave the key, though we have not yet paid the security deposit. Otherwise, it would have been a big "Disappointing".

superb stay at reachable distance to city centre.. will come again!

Our stay was value for money.

The whole apartment was spacious and comfortable for 6 people. The location was not far away from the center and the transportation was very convenient as well.

The refrigerator wasn’t functional, there weren’t any curtains for privacy and there was no air conditioner.

The apartment is very nice and family friendly. it is really spacious as mentioned in the booking details. Beds are comfortable and the kitchen is equipped properly with the needed items. TV was not working however the owners changed it as we requested.

The living room sofa and seat are not comfortable at all and we requested the owner if they can change it however we didn't get any response on our request.

The dishwasher tablets were not provided like some other things. Toilet papers were not enough. Beds were not comfortabel and some blankets didn't look clean.

Le logement et le chauffage

Boite acle hs depuis bien longtemps c'est sur. Éclairage toilettes inexistant Lave vaisselle très sale donc non utilisé Vaisselle dans l'ensemble très sale et complètement dépareillée. Toutes le chaises sont dessouder et de se fait très dangereuses d'utilisation. C'est dommage car l'appartement est bien situé.

Appartement avec du potentiel mais manque d'entretien

L'emplacement du logement, le calme. les appareils à dispositions comme la machine à café avec des dosettes. le système de chauffage fonctionne très bien. très bonne communication et rapide avec l'hôte.

manque cruellement de linges de maison! linges de maison présents étaient très vétustes. ils étaient lavés mais beaucoup de taches persistantes et pas agréables à voir. suite à réclamation, l'hôte a changé les couvertures et les coussins dès le lendemain. Néanmoins nous aurions préféré que cela se fasse sans avoir à le subir. Impossibilité de remonter les volets électriques des 2 chambres.
