A great base to explore Strasbourg for a small group or family. About a 20 minute walk from the train station and 15 mi

The location is fantastic and close enough to walk pretty much anywhere around the cathedral area and Petite France. And only about a half hour walk to Parc l’Orangerie. And there is cafe right next door plus many restaurants nearby and two good grocery stores within a five minute walk. Kitchen is fairly well equipped and has a Nespresso machine.

The water has quite a bit of mineral content and we had to buy vinegar and clean the kettle twice during our week long stay. There are many doors and a spiral staircase involved in getting into the apartment. Access to the apartment initially involved a phone call with the host, who is very patient and kind, to guide you through the process of getting the key and then finding all the doors that needed to open on the way.

Filthy, disgusting and not fit for tourists to stay in.

Absolutely nothing.

Firstly, due to the late arrival of our flight, (French air traffic strike) we arrived at the accommodation in Strasbourg later than anticipated. I constantly kept the owner informed. However, she refused to let us into the apartment as she said it was too late. Apparently, it would be too late for the person who was a caretaker, to allow us entry. It was around 9pm. Why there was no key safe by the entrance, beats me? I pleaded with the woman to allow us in, but she was adamant. How dare she leave us with nowhere to stay for the night, plus we had paid her in advance for the accommodation. She told us to find a hotel. This we did, at a cost of €139. The next day, we were allowed entry. Well, to say it was a disappointment is an understatement. Firstly, the outdoor rubbish bins were overflowing and it stank. What a great home for rats and other vermin. After a series of various doors to encounter, we had to drag our luggage up a rickety old staircase, where part of it was coming away from the wall, plus some spindles were missing. Health & safety?? Once in the apartment, we wanted to leave. It had not been cleaned. The wooden flooring was dirty and sticky. The beds were very uncomfortable and the linens old and tatty. The towels were as hard as a loofah. It was horrible. How booking.com or the owner think it’s okay for people to stay in inferior accommodation like this, is unbelievable. It was very sparse too. Mould was around the small sink in the toilet. By day four, we left the accommodation, as it was too unpleasant to stay in. Had to stay at the hotel again for the last night. Couldn’t wait to return home.

Location was perfect - it was comfortable, quiet and clean.

The location was fantastic to allow us to see a lot of the city, it was close enough to public transportation (which is very affordable). The locks were a bit tricky and the address difficult to identify, but once we found it, it was great. It was quiet and clean and had all the necessary kitchen tools to prépare some meals on site.

It was a bit difficult to find, at first, in the dark as the addresses were not well identified on the building and the surrounding street. Once we contacted the owner, we were properly guided to access the property.

Nice enough property but not worth the stress!

Good sized bedrooms, location was close enough to the centre of town.

Communication coming in was an issue - felt like we were doing an escape room challenge just to figure out how to get in! The only accommodation that asked for a €500 deposit in a month long stay in Europe, and made us feel as though we were expected to do a thorough inspection of any damage upon arrival (think car hire or long term rental property agreement), then sent us a photo when we left and asked us to explain a small scuff/scratch on the top of a cupboard door we didn't know was there (not a nice feeling given the €500 hold on our credit card!). It was not a new property by any means, and certainly already a lot of damage due to general wear and tear (broken stools, bedroom window didn't open making the main bedroom very stuffy), and the constant back and forth about the scratch after we departed sadly left us with a sour experience of the city. The sofa beds were also very uncomfortable. Not a stay we would recommend.

The living room, master bedroom, and closet were spacious. The areas of the apartment that were renovated are nice, including the kitchen and its island.

Getting the keys was a bit tricky, but then figuring out how to get to the apartment was trickier. You need to go through an office building, into a garage, through a interstitial space between the buildings, then up the stairs to get to the apartment.

Everything is a bit outdated and cleaning is not great. We were missing blankets for the people who slept on the couch.

The room was fine but overall we were not happy with the deal and the service.

The location is convenient. Parking is 10 min walk in a shopping mall. The apartment is modern and spacious. The rooms were clean.

We had to give via a credit system 500 Euro (!!!) deposit for potential damages before we arrived. The fee for 2 nights was about 350 so the deposit was too high. After we left, we did not get any confirmation from owner that all is OK and he will not take the money. There were no amenities in the apartment so no coffee, sugar or shower gel, shampoos. We could only get the keys at 18.00 (as the owner had a personal issue) and because of traffic the pesron who handed the keys came 30m min later.

Inside the apartment is great, outside it is a bit disgusting

The apartment is in an excellent location, it is well furnished and very well equipped, the beds are comfortable and it was very clean. We definitely enjoyed our stay there. Communication with the owner was excellent, always available and explaining what is needed, recommend

The entrance to the apartment goes through 4 doors directly to the garbage cans. The windows only open to the inner yard and the smell of garbage enters the apartment as well as flies, you have to take care of closing the windows and then it's a bit too hot. There is one shower and one toilet, both at a separate end of the apartment, it bothered us.

Clean and good located apartment, silent building- a few minutes walk from the center, cathedral and park. as seen in the picture. very nice and communicative owner. a lady was waiting to welcome us and showed the apartment. great kitchen and fridge.

1. no air conditioning in the apartment- we arrived during August and the time was hot. the owner left 2 ventilators that wasn’t enough. 2. bathroom drain must be fixed

Very good

The property has a lot of room. It is really nicely designed and has a great space to hang around the kitchen to chat. The apartment is outside the town but you are very close. Only 5 minutes to the town. Ten to the Cathedral. The owners were very helpful and explained all very well.

For as many people it could sleep there’s only 1 bathroom. (Something to consider when all want to get ready at night). The toilet is separate which helps. The bed was not very comfortable for me as it was very hard. The small sink in the toilet didn’t work so you had to wash your hands in the kitchen. Parking was problematic for us as we had a VW van with a height of 2,0m and most every parking garage had 1,90m! But that is of course no fault of the owner or apartment.

Bel appartamento, posizione perfetta.

Mi ricordavo di averlo scelto per la disponibilità del parcheggio, ma mi è stato negato. Nel bagno abbiamo trovato solo 2 rotoli di carta igienica, un po pochi, per 5 persone che devono stare per 3 notti. Il divano letto non era stato preparato, le lenzuola a disposizione non sembravano ben lavate. Il divano letto era scomodissimo e cigolava ad ogni movimento. Nel bagno mancavano i saponi di cortesia. Gli asciugamani erano piccoli. Il deposito cauzionale richiesto mi è sembrato eccessivo per la qualità fornita.

Une localisation très proche du centre-ville. Parfait pour découvrir en famille. Une cuisine très fonctionnelle. Présence de ventilateur dans les chambres. Hôte très sympathique, disponible, aucun souci

La présence de capsules de café serait un plus tout comme la possibilité d’avoir des produits type gel douche. le dépôt de garantie est quelque chose qui m’a assez surpris, malgré mon utilisation régulière de Booking, 500€ reste une somme.

było brudno, komunikacja bardzo roszczeniowa, wysłano nam listę uszkodzeń ( długa), ale powinna być jeszcze dłuższa. wszędzie w ścianach, które są puste wiszą kable lub gwoździe ( mam film), okno się nie otwierało, drzwi do mieszkania nie działają, trzeba zamykać na klucz, pleśń w łazience. wejście do mieszkania po wąskich i krętych schodach, walizki trudno wnieść. generalnie nie polecam. podróżowałam po Francji i to było najgorsze mieszkanie

Très, surpris d avoir à faire un check list en arrivant, les propriétaires sont assez exigeants mais, à l inverse on ne peut pas, leur demander grand chose, par ex :y a til une supérette à côté, réponse on ne sait pas.. Alors, qu il y en a une à 100m.. Caution obligatoire réclamée alors, que nous, avions, été débité de toute la location, et sans caution pas d info sur la location, de plus pas très, aimable. et dans, l appartement rien, pas, de gel douche ni shampoing, ni eau bref acceuil zéro, je pense que les propriétaires ont peur de louer leur bien, bref on ne se, sent pas en vacances. Taille du draps housse pas adapté, trop petits, four très salé. La location de biens nécessite une exigence que vous imposez aux clients mais dont vous êtes dépourvus. Un conseil cha'gez de métier.

Großzügige Wohnung in toller Lage! Perfekt für bis zu sechs Personen.

Lage sehr gut - sowohl zum Bahnhof, als auch zum Münster, alles rasch fußläufig erreichbar. Supermarkt direkt an der Straße. Da die Wohnung zum Innenhof liegt, sehr ruhig. Auch von den Nachbarn im Haus war nichts zu hören. Betten waren bequem. Die großzügige Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet. Entgegen der uns übermittelten Mängelliste geht das Fenster im zweiten Schlafzimmer auf. Separate Toilette, begehbarer Kleiderschrank mit Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett (nicht benötigt). Mülltonnen im Hof. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war reibungslos und schnell möglich.

Wir hätten uns einen guten Korkenzieher gewünscht 😁. Die Tür zur Toilette quietscht - nachts kommt einem das unerträglich laut vor. Seife in der separaten Toilette wäre nett (im Bad vorhanden).

Bonne adresse pour qqs jours à Strasbourg en famille

Le logement est très bien situé, à distance raisonnable de la gare et du centre historique. Il est bien agencé et très spacieux, au calme. Parfaitement adapté pour une famille avec deux jeunes enfants.

Il manque un peu de vaisselle dans la cuisine pour éviter de devoir faire tourner le lave-vaisselle à moitié vide. Et la literie n'est pas exceptionnelle.

Unico punto a favore la cucina nuova

Per iniziare il ritiro delle chiavi è stata una caccia al tesoro, entrare nel palazzo affianco, come non si sa, dovevamo bussare una famiglia a caso e farci aprire, per poi capire che l'appartamento non era in quello stabile, ma in un androne di un cancello attiguo e oltrepassato un piccolo cortile senza indicazioni. Camere polverose, biancheria da letto macchiate di candeggina e non stirate, che davano l'impressione di essere già usate per quanto fossero stropicciate. Niente kit di cortesia da bagno, solo un sapone mani. Biancheria da bagno molto ridotta, solo teli per 5 persone e un solo asciugamano viso. Lavandino del bagno intasato Tavoletta del wc spaccata e ingiallita Tende bruciate di sigarette Materasso del divano macchiato di pipi
