Good and clean facilities
The pool was closed very early and very loud train noices starting at 6 am

The cottage was dirty with a lot of dust, spider and spiderwebs. Communication is very weak with the guests, cleaning is not included in the price and this is one of the negative aspects, it’s not worth with the price of the accommodation.

The accomodation (house) provided everything we or probably everything need for sleep, relax and even cook. Pool, certainly is a plus.
Windows dont have screen protectors for mosquitos.

The reception staff speaks French, German, and English and is very helpful. Each house has its own parking space. There is also a fireplace, although we didn't use it. The apartments are warm, despite the seemingly thin walls. The location is excellent, with the city center just a 20-minute walk away. Several grocery stores are nearby.
We couldn’t connect to the free Wi-Fi at all, so we were use our mobile data. The location is ideal if you are travelling in a camper. The kitchen is not very well-equipped (there were not many frypans, pots, etc.).

The location of our pitch was excellent and there was plenty of entertainment for the children e.g. table tennis tables, beach volleyball pitch and swimming pool. Location was great as only a short walk from Lidl.
The swimming pool was small for the amount of people using it so was crowded and full. To make the shower work I had to hold down the button for my entire shower which wasn't ideal.

We stayed in one of the tents for three nights. It was clean, well equipped and the beds were super comfy. There are loads of toilets and showers, the pizzas and crepes in the cafe were delicious and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We loved it!
Our stay was unfortunately timed with a group of scouts who were staying in the tents around us. They were extremely noisy late into the night and very early the next morning which meant the children and I only had about 5 hours sleep on our first night. BUT I mentioned this to the staff, and I think they must have had a word because the group were much quieter the next night, so it was handled well and our experience would not put us off going back.

Location - bus outside campsite that takes you to the city centre. Reception staff very friendly and helpful.
So disappointed with our stay. The lodge that we stayed in smelt like urine. The blankets smelt dirty and our door did not lock properly. Swimming pool was dirty and very cloudy so chlorine levels not right.

No fans. It was very hot! A fan would have made it much more comfortable

Great location really central, close to supermarkets, lots of facilities in the ready erected tents
Shame the protests happened when we were there, we were so looking forward to visiting petit France but didn't risk it.....sleeping was difficult too with the police helicopters but totally understand not the camp sites fault .and we felt safe there

great tents on wooden platform, well managed site.

The tents are large, furnished and very comfortable. Facilities are clean and all working, and there is plenty to do onsite – including a swimming pool. There are coypus (a type of rodent) living wild on the site, but they are harmless.
Although Strasbourg is within walking distance, the site is in a quiet area. I definitely want to stay here again if I come back to Strasbourg.
I had to pay a 90€ damage deposit when I arrived. While I did get it all back, it took well over a week.

Campsite experience.
Once I updated my arrival time the property staff called me to confirm.
Small toilets and bathroom. We used the common toilets outside.
No barbeque equipements provided( I was expecting this as mentioned in the details section).
It's mentioned that check out time is 11 AM but the staff told me to check out by 10 AM.
Bugs outside in the seating area (spiders and mosquito).
Rats - which are not harmful grazing grass outside.
Small rooms and bed.
We reached there during summer (31° C ) so mobile homes are pretty much burning when we checked-in at 7:30PM.

It is a really nice camp not too far away from the city center.
The wooden floor in the tent creaked a lot.

We are family 2 adults and 3 children. Little house had everything we needed.
It is close to city center, it is surrounded wit nature. We loved it, unfortunately we could book only one night. It was sold out.

Good location. The staff were very friendly and self check in for a late arrival was very smooth.
It was not made clear prior to booking a non refundable reservation that not only do you have to make up your own beds upon arrival, but you also have to clean the entire accommodation or add €55 to your bill. The wifi did not work at all and when mentioned at check out the staff was aware of the problem and stated “yes too many people trying to use it at once.” Staying at the budget hotel closer to the historic center would have been cheaper and likely a better experience.

Everything was exceptional, we loved it. We walked downtown, location is perfect.
Minor point: At 10pm both nights there were some youths running around and screaming on the campground premise. Nothing terrible, but maybe a security guard would be needed.

We stayed here for one night in October 2022. We had two adults and 3 children ages 11, 7, and 3. We had a little cabin. Bunk beds in one room. A queen or double in the other. My husband ended up sleeping on an extra mattress on the floor in the living room since he's too tall for the queen/double bed and the bunks were for the kiddos. The kitchen had everything we'd need. The bathroom was clean. It was a really cute peaceful place. We'd definitely go there again. The sitting area out front on a patio that faced away from all the cabins and camping. Pictures show the little garden area we saw out the front door. A nice playground, ping pong table, and looked like a pool as well. The croissants available to order for the morning, were delicious. We left early in the morning, so not sure about how close it was to things.
The mattress covers were very plastic like, so they made it a very hot sleeping. And, although I know it's necessary, just a head's up, the sheets have to be put on by you, and they aren't fitted, so they can move a bit if you're a mover while you sleep.
