Perfect place to stay. Just needs some minor details to be fixed. However recommended.

The location was great. Easy from the city centre. We had a car.

We arrived late in the evening. So getting into the building was difficult. We had to ring the interphone of a random person who turned out to be the caretaker. She came and opened the door for us. Luckily we could speak French and communicate with her. The apartment is located in the ground floor and windows at the level of street sidewalk. Since we were out the entire day it didn't matter to us. We almost went out of toilet paper the last day and couldn't find extras in the apartment.

Comfy beds, first floor,

first of all, I had to wait for around 1h30 outside in the cold before somebody would arrive to the appartment. Than when we arrive the guy was complaining, he did say he was sorry but than continued complaning. When we went in the appartment it was not cleaned yet, so there we were with all our luggages not able to install. The cleaning lady came 1hour later, but you saw she didn't clean thorougly so we decided to put the dished and so on in the dishwasher. The dishwasher still had old plates in it and the dishwasher was broke so it stank enormously. Next to that the light of the toilet broke. We sent them a text to ask if somebody could come and have a look, no answer.. Called, they hanged up... When on Sunday the check out was at 11AM they arrived at 10.35AM saying we had to go out. When we explained the situation above and asked them to give us in return until 12AM they threatened us to let us pay a second night??? Also they answered " we don't work on Sat so it's normal they didn't answer our texts"

Appart rampzalig, heb gelezen dat het onlangs gerenoveerd is !??????? NOT !!!!!!

Het enige wat goed was, is de locatie en het gebruik van het openbaar vervoer!

Geen contact met de host, het appartement was echt smerig , echt niets was schoon !!! We konden zelfs geen eten koken, de pannen waar je het in zou moeten bereiden waren veel te smerig!!! De bedden echt een regelrechte ramp !!! Over privacy maar niet te spreken, de douche deur, evenals de wc deur kunnen niet op slot !!! In de koelkast zaten haren !!! De magnetron te vet !!! Kortom alles vies en vet !!!!

Apartamento no recomendable en absoluto: muy sucio. Difícil describir tanta suciedad, era general.

La ubicación es lo único bueno del apartamento. La parada de tranvia estaba muy cerca y las conexiones con el centro de la ciudad son buenísimas.

SAlvo la ubicación, todo estaba mal. La suciedad era lo que reinaba en el apartameto, empezando ya por la pintura, la sensación al entrar fue horrible, porl a suciedad de las paredes. Y el resto igual de sucio: la cocina, el baño. había telarañas en todos los rincones y suciedad de meses en todo lo que observabas. Los textiles rotos y sucios, tanto las cortinas como las sábanas. La conexión wifi tampoco funcionó. Y la entrada fatal, nos dieron unas instrucciones que no coincidían con lo que había que hacer, contactamos con ellos y después de más de media hora esperando, dijeron que las habían cambiado ese mismo día.. y no nos había avisado!! La experiencia fue fatal!!

Très très déçu de l'état du logement et du manque de réactivité du loueur

La situation géographique et l'accessibilité au transport public.

L'état général du Logement sale : vaisselle, chaises, table de la cuisine, il y avait les restes du plat cuisiné par le précédent voyageur dans la four et ca dégageait une odeur. Les sanitaires : cuvette très très sale. Poubelle toilettes posée dans un meuble de la cuisine. C'est vraiment inacceptable.

appartement spacieux et agréable, facile d'accès, bien desservi par les transports en commun, bien équipé

propreté douteuse : canapé taché, balai non passé sous les lits, taches sur les murs, grilles de VMC très encrassées, réfrigérateur non nettoyé.., beaucoup de choses défectueuses dans l'appartement : volet roulant, poignée de porte, chasse d'eau, lave linge impossible à ouvrir, une baignoire mais pas de bouchon pour la fermer deux verres dans un appartement loué pour 6 personnes...

L'emplacement très proche du centre ville et des arrêts de tram.

L'appartement est salle. Il manque d'équipement de vaisselle Nous étions 5 avec 2 enfant. Le peu de vaisselle présent etait cassé fissure Une odeurs de canalisation qui se dégageait des canalisation.

Siamo stati costretti ad andarcene in fretta da questo appartamento perché era in condizioni igieniche inaccettabili. Appena arrivati abbiamo trovato macchie sui lenzuoli, capelli, aloni di sporco sui mobili, macchie sul divano, porte sporche e una vasca da bagno nera. Le tazze per la colazione erano talmente appiccicate al mobile da non riuscire nemmeno a staccarle. Appena entrati si sentiva un forte odore di fumo, davvero sgradevole. Le foto pubblicate non rendono assolutamente l’idea dello stato dell’immobile. L’unico punto a favore è la zona, comoda per spostarsi, ma non basta a giustificare uno stato di pulizia così vergognoso. Sconsigliamo vivamente questo alloggio a chiunque tenga alla minima pulizia.

Evin içine girdiğimiz andan beri sigara korkusundan geçilmiyordu ayrıca yataklar çok kötü sürekli ses yapıyordu uyuyamadık.İnternet var deniliyor internet yok çalışmıyor depozitolu şeklinde olduğunu sonradan öğrendik bunun başta belirtilmesi gerekiyor.Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyoruz evin otoparkı var deniliyor otoparkı yok.Evin konumu getto bölgesinde.

sejour agréable

L'emplacement du logement, proche du centre ville en voiture. Quartier assez calme. Le bâtiment etait calme, non bruyant L'appartement était très bien pour 5 personnes (3 adultes et 2 ados)

Pas de parking privé, place dans les rues environnantes parfois un peu loin. Le chauffage de l'appartement, il faisait frais surtout dans la salle de bain.

Peut clairement mieux faire niveau propreté, surtout au niveau de la vaisselle. Le sommier était bruyant et le matelas était très inconfortable.
