Tricky to navigate

We found their pre-arrival requirements were different from any other booking we had. Their requirements for so much personal information including passport scans and their use of external services with unknown links pushed our comfort boundaries in this era of scams and identity theft. We would not use them again for this reason. It really spoiled the mood. Also the property was in need of general maintenance.

I l'appartamento era vicino al centro città.

Dopo aver prenotato e pagato tutta la cifra per il soggiorno, è stato chiesto di versare la cauzione di 300,00 euro. Dopo è stato chiesto di pagare l'assicurazione per eventuali danni all' appartamento. Entrati nell' appartamento è stato chiesto di inviare le foto dentro le camere e arredi, presenza di eventuali danni. È stato fatto con perdita di tempo. Prima di uscire dall' appartamento è stato chiesto di inviare le foto dentro le camere e arredi, per verificare eventuali danni. È stato fatto con perdita di tempo. Nei due armadi c'erano in totale tre grucce. Prenotando con il sito Airbnb tutto questo fastidio non esiste.

Médiocre, des voleurs

Ce sont des voleurs !!! Tout était cassé, la douche, les murs... et même le lit bébé que nous avons dû payer en plus, tellement dangereux ! Absolument aucun accord n'a été proposé et ils ont osé prélever notre caution sans raison et sans mon accord. Je suis maintenant en process pour récupérer mon argent. Un Noel gâché à cause de ces personnes incompétentes. Surtout fuyez, ne réservez pas, même si le prix est plus attractif que d'autres logements, ils vont forcément vous faire payer à un moment donné. Pour information, c'est la première fois que je mets un avis négatif en ligne.
