A holiday should always be a pleasure, not a source of stress.

The room was ok.

The pillows on the bed are not suitable for sleeping. People had already mentioned in the reviews some time ago that the pillows weren’t suitable because they are flat and hurt your neck. In fact, I woke up with neck pain and kept waking up during the night. Despite this, the owner still hasn’t bothered to buy two proper pillows—at Ikea they cost very little. Also, on Booking it doesn’t state the exact tram stop, and finding the apartment was an odyssey. After a long time we finally discovered that it’s “Hospitale” on tram A; it doesn’t even say which tram to take. Then we arrived and the link to open the door didn’t work, so we waited a long time until a resident let us in because he lived there. The owner took a while to reply. A holiday is supposed to be relaxing, not stressful; things should be tested before guests arrive—just my humble suggestion. Opening the doors was also an odyssey, because the buttons are extremely small, and when you press one it doesn’t even give you enough time to press the others. The buttons don’t register the pressure immediately, which made the whole process very frustrating. Then in the bathroom there were no small shampoos or shower gels. People had already written that these were missing, and despite this the owner still hasn’t bought them. The hand soap was diluted with water. Basically, he’s saving money on pillows, shampoo, shower gel, and hand soap, and for what we paid, this shouldn’t be the case. I found the price excessive. Also, the tea cups were dirty; we had to wash them ourselves. It also seemed to me that the owner showed a certain indifference about all this, despite the many warnings from previous guests.

The electric keypad was annoyingly difficult. No lights working on the approach to the apartment block, might be an issue for some people.

Cheap stay, convenience for transportation

The price, check in time is negotiable,responsive host. The location is in a quiet residential area, secure and accessible by public transport, convenient.

Not enough toiletries provided. As a traveller, I need hair n body shampoo, toothpaste n tooth brush.

Nice room, but cooking not possible.

Very friendly owner and easy communication. The room was quite spacious. Tea, Coffee, soap and chocolate were provided. Most of the room including the bathroom seems to be very new and freshly renovated.

Unfortunately, the kitchen was not really usable. We would have liked more equipment e.g. at least 1 sharp knife, a pan or a real plate. Dishes have to be cleaned in the bathroom sink. There is currently a construction site opposite the building. Parking was not that easy, but there was some kind of festival happening nearby, so we had to search a bit for a free parking spot.

très bien situé a moins de 5minutes a pied des tram A et D. Chambre confortable et calme .Proprio super sympa qui a pu nous dépanner d'un lit d'appoint a la dernière minute

Bueno...

La ubicación, esta a unos minutos andando de una parada de tranvía que te dejará en el centro de Estrasburgo.

El acceso al portal no funcionó (tuvimos suerte y justo salía gente del portal), la cama es muy incomoda, no se si estará muy vieja y usada y la cocina prácticamente es inexistente.

Possibilité de faire du café, de la tisane. Et de cuisiner très sommairement. Manque une éponge pour faire la vaisselle. Frigo, plaque induction, un peu de vaisselle.

Struttura tranquilla, molto comoda per poter visitare Strasburgo.

Struttura inserita in un tranquillo contesto residenziale, a soli 5 minuti dalla fermata del tram; aggiungendone altri 15 circa, si è in pieno centro! Oltre alla posizione, ci è piaciuto molto l'arredamento della camera e la possibilità di poter usufruire dell'angolo cottura. Non abbiamo avuto necessità di cominciare con l'host durante il soggiorno, ma si è comunque rivelato molto cordiale e preciso nel darci tutte le indicazioni necessarie al nostro arrivo. Un punto a favore per chi viaggia in macchina: sicuramente la possibilità del parcheggio gratuito nei pressi della struttura.

Personalmente trovo sempre molto carino far trovare ai propri ospiti dell'acqua fresca al loro arrivo. Per quanto riguarda il bagno, farei trovare dei prodotti per l'igiene personale (bagnoschiuma/shampoo) e proverei a coprire i tubi a vista. Mi permetto infine di dare un altro consiglio: i cuscini erano particolarmente scomodi, proverei ad aggiungerne un altro paio in modo tale che l'ospite possa scegliere quale utilizzare durante il pernotto.

В целом все понравилось. И была бы высокая оценка, если бы не неприятный инцидент при заезде.

У нас был поздний рейс. И мы добрались до жилья после 22.00 вечера. Уставшие после дороги, мы мечтали только об одном - принять душ и упасть в кровать. Каково же было наше удивление и возмущение, когда мы обнаружили, что номер был не убран после последних жильцов. Грязная постель, использованные полотенца, неубранная ванная комната, мусор в ведре, пустые бутылки. Даже элементарной туалетной бумаги не оказалось. Мы, конечно, связались с хозяином и выразили свое возмущение. Он принес свои извинения, сказав что случился сбой в работе с обслуживающим персоналом и сейчас прибудет человек для уборки. И вот мы, уставшие после перелета, грязные с дороги, вынуждены были ожидать этого человека, потом стоять в коридоре, пока продолжалась уборка… В результате наш отдых начался поздно ночью,учитывая то что утром мы должны были уже покинуть номер. Правда хазяин нас заверил, что компенсирует наши неудобства, но мы так ничего и не дождались. Поэтому хотели оставить самую низкую оценку, но так как в конце концов, мы все же хоть и с опозданием, но получили доступ к туалету, душу и кровати, решили немного поднять оценку.

Chambre agréable et confortable.

Je devais travailler deux jours à l'hôpital Hautepierre, très proche, emplacement idéal. Chambre très propre et calme, confortable. Proximité du tram de Strasbourg, lui-même très pratique. A l'intérieur, café et thé disponibles, très sympa. Se méfier, la friandise sur les serviettes, c'est en fait du savon ! 😂

Quartier un peu 'zone', beaucoup de travaux. Arrivée le soir vers 20h, galère pour trouver un endroit où manger. Appartement très bien, mais manque un peu d'informations pratiques (réglage du purificateur d'air, de la table/bureau, nom et code du réseau Wifi, utilité des diverses télécommandes disponibles). Ce serait bien d'avoir un document donnant ces informations. Douche à peine exiguë, évacuation un peu lente ou défaillante.

TOTALMENTE NO RECOMENDABLE

La cercanía al tranvía.

Este alojamiento nos ha parecido muy mediocre y con muchas deficiencias,encontrando los siguientes problemas: 1) El menaje de cocina es muy escaso, con una olla y un cazo. No hay algo básico como una sartén (puedo adjuntar foto), que ha sido solicitada al dueño, que la repuso en breve plazo. 2) Los vasos, platos y tazas están muy sucios y muy deteriorados, impropio de un alquiler vacacional. Solo hay 2 platos hondos. 3) En el baño se ha encontrado un grupo de cabellos largos negros, y en general presenta un aspecto bastante pobre. Puedo adjuntar fotos. La cama, que realmente es un sofá cama, es muy incomoda, con un cojín por almohada. El mobiliario en general muy pobre y viejo. 4) Una vez pagado el apartamento recibí unas directrices de entrada al apartamento, y entre ellas y de forma literal decía que NO SE PUEDE CONSUMIR ALCOHOL, algo inusual en la cultura mediterránea ( somos españoles) en la que es muy habitual comer/cenar con vino, por ejemplo. Debería haber avisado de este aspecto antes de realizar el cobro del apartamento. Entiendo que fiestas no, pero no poder tomar una copa de vino es excesivo. 5) En esas mismas directrices se nos remarca que hay que ser educados con el vecindario, algo obvio y que nunca en ningún alquiler y hotel se me ha advertido por ser de sentido común. En general, no es recomendable este alojamiento.

Ideal für wenig Ansprüche 2-3 Tage zu zweit um Strassburg anzusehen.

Nähe zur Tramhaltestelle. Parkplatz in der Nähe (man muss etwas suchen). Es ist einfach aber mit allem Nötigen eingerichtet. Ideal für 2-3 Nächte um Strassburg zu erkunden.

Mir haben die flachen Teller für das Frühstück gefehlt. Wenn man später am Abend anreist, hat man Mühe einen Parkplatz zu finden.
