Very quiet apartment on two levels, adjoining the owner's house, with independent entrance and terrace.
Ground floor level: Ssalon with fitted kitchen, WC, and covered terrace with garden furniture.
Level -1 (semi-basement): bedroom with king size bed (200x180), bathroom with shower and washing machine, dressing.
The property is in a small cul-de-sac, you benefit from a free parking space and proximity. Recent construction, this apartment is ideally located to visit Strasbourg (10 minutes by car) and starting point to discover Alsace by the Wine Route to the South (Haut Koenigsbourg, Riquewihr, Markstein) the Vosges to the west ( Mont Ste Odile, Wangenbourg, Saverne) and the Northern Vosges (Lembach, Wingen on Moder, Betschdorf).

Superb place to stay!

This apartment is fantastic. Wonderful hosts. Peaceful and beautiful neighborhood. Spacious flat that was well equipped, sparkling clean, and very comfortable. We stayed here for 9 nights and could have lived there for a month. Just a 15 minute drive to Strasbourg and there are excellent public transportation options nearby. We highly recommend this property!

Marie-Clare & Dominique we’re excellent hosts made sure we were happy and comfortable during our stay. The apartment was well fitted out, comfortable, and we wanted for nothing. We enjoyed the sitting out area which was quiet and warm in the evenings. They were very patient with my terrible French and between us all we managed to overcome this small problem. I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment.

Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern bei der Buchung und während des Aufenthalts war sehr sympathisch und freundlich. Die Ferienwohnung ist perfekt geeignet für Ausflüge in das Elsass und nach Strassburg. Strassburg selbst ist sehr gut von der Wohnung aus mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erkunden. Boulangerie und Supermarkt sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Ferienwohnung ist komplett und liebevoll ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wolfgang und Andrea

Die Siedlung liegt am Stadtrand. Mit Bus und Bahn ist die City gut und schnell erreichbar. Kontakt zum Vermieter ist ausgezeichnet. Vermieter spricht gut deutsch und ist hilfreich in allen Fragen. Unterkunft ist empfehlenswert!

Estamos felices de haber elegido la casa de Marie Claire y su marido. La casa estaba perfecta, todo nuevo, muy limpio y no le faltaba de nada. Muy acogedora y práctica, situada en una urbanización preciosa y muy tranquila a un paso de Estrasburgo. Ellos son encantadores, muy amables y detallistas. Desde nuestra llegada, con flores en la mesa, una nota de bienvenida, un refrigerio en la nevera, un regalito cada día para nuestro hijo... no se puede pedir más. Por supuesto que recomiendo esta casa a quién visite Estrasburgo.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans l'appartement de Marie-Claire et Dominique. D'une propreté irréprochable, le logement est très bien équipé et des plus confortables. La belle terrasse est un atout et le quartier est calme. Strasbourg est à quelques minutes. Suffit de se rendre au parking relais La Rotonde. Pour 4,60 euros, votre auto est stationnée et vous avez votre billet aller-retour pour tous les occupants! Nous étions heureux de rentrer à Mittelhausbergen après nos visites dans le Bas-Rhin. Et c'est avec regret que nous avons quitté nos propriétaires, des gens accueillants, attentifs, ouverts, avec qui nous avons eu beaucoup de plaisir à échanger. À recommander sans restrictions. Très bien reçus par Marie-Claire et Dominique, comme de bons amis qu'on n'aurait pas vus depuis quelques années. Donc, très sympathiques, comme nos amis, et de bons conseils. Appartement très agréable, bien équipé, et situé dans un endroit très calme. Accès facile à Strasbourg, et dans les environs, très bien donc pour les sorties et visites. A Strasbourg, déjà, il y de quoi occuper son temps. Cécile & José.

La location a été facile à trouver , fidèle à la description . Les équipements de très bonne facture le tout très bien entretenu au sein de la propriété super calme près des commerces . Les propriétaires nous ont fourni de très bons conseils que nous avons suivis (déplacements en TRAM ," parc de la Rotonde "et ce à quoi le paiement donne accès ! Nous recommanderions cette location à nos proches . Les visites aux musées et les attractions diverses sont très accessibles et très intéressantes , le parc de L'Orangerie est à faire ! Nous avons eu beau temps et avons été très bien accueillis par Dominique et Marie-Claire qui ont su donner de leur temps et de leur personne à des touristes de passage. Les Alsaciens sont en majorité très accueillants et n'hésitent pas à offrir leur aide . Merci pour cette belle semaine . Christiane et Albert
