The photos of this apartment give a true reflection of the flat. The kitchen is compact but there is everything you need. My husband said he could have cooked a full Christmas dinner in it. The flat is very well equipped, there were even slippers! Our hosts Faty and Jo were very helpful and friendly. We were able to park our car off the road and the bus into Strasbourg was every 10 to 20 minutes depending on the time of day. An easy short journey with the stop just a few yards away.

Wonderful stay

Marie-Joseph and Fatima are wonderful hosts. Their English is limited, as is our French, but we managed to communicate quite well. Their lovely daughter, Sophia, was also around to help out with translation at times. The apartment was very comfortable and exactly as shown. Everything you need is provided and everything is very clean. We were able to park our car inside their property. There is a bus stop about 150m down the road and you can take the bus right into the heart of Strasbourg. The bus trip takes about 20-25 minutes. Marie-Joseph advised us of some villages and places of interest to visit along the wine route to Colmar. We were delighted with his suggestions and had a lovely day out. There is a LIDL supermarket also just across the road to stock up on basic needs and everyday items. We really enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend this apartment.

Very enjoyable vacation in a wonderful apartment

The apartment was perfectly maintained ,very well equipped and clean. The fact that the guests are provided also with a washing machine, a good book collection, a P.C. and Netflix on TV makes this apartment feel more like a home than a vacation accommodation. Also the warmth and the hospitality of the owners made a strong impression on us. We already recommended the apartment to our friends and we will do so in the future. Yolanda and Ilan Moscovici

This was the perfect location for our plans to check out Strasbourg and also the Alcase wine route. The apartment was clean, spacious, and was well equipped. Joe and his wife were extremely friendly and helpful, asking us in to their home downstairs for coffee, and even sending us off with some home baking. We would definitely recommend this place.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Strasbourg in very large measure due to our exceptional hosts Jo and Faty. They were truly excellent hosts and provided a warm welcome, great advice for travelling in the region and wonderful hospitality. The suite itself was perfect for our needs. 100 metres from a bus that drove directly to the heart of Strasbourg; their suburban location also provided easy access for our day trips to the Alsace wine region, to Colmar, Mulhouse and even Baden Baden in Germany. The suite itself is spacious and large, very well equipped including a modern and convenient kitchen, and provided secure and private parking. We couldn't have asked for anything more. Les propriétaires sont des gens très biens….. les rapports sont simples et agréables. L’appartement est très propre, spacieux, très confortable et bien équipé. Le stationnement est aisé en voiture. La ligne 6 du bus, quasiment au pieds de la maison et de part ses passages nombreux, permet un accès direct Et rapide au centre-ville. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Nous recommandons ce lieu ainsi que ses propriétaires.

Wir wurden außerordentlich gastfreundlich empfangen und mit Café und Kuchen begrüßt. Die Wohnung war groß, extrem gepflegt und sauber und nur zehn autominuten entfernt von Straßburg. Eine Bus mit schneller stadtanbindung und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind direkt vor der Tür. Es war toll und wir würden wieder kommen!

Het appartement is zeer comfortabel en voldeed geheel aan de verwachting. Het is gelegen aan een nogal drukke weg. In het appartement heb je daar overigens niet veel last van. Er is een prachtig 50m zwembad in de buurt. Bus L6 brengt je in een kwartier naar het centrum van Straatsburg. Het appartement is voorzien van een mooie en goed uitgeruste keuken en een comfortabele badkamer. Verder is en een ruime woonkamer en fijne slaapkamer met een prima bed.

Wir (Renterpaar) haben uns bei dem gastfreundlichen Vermieterpaar Martin pudelwohl gefühlt. Einrichtung der großen Wohnung, Gemütlichkeit, Sauberkeit, alles stimmte und entsprach der Beschreibung im Portal. Wir nutzten die Lokalität, um mit unseren Rädern die Umgebung zu erkunden. Auch Strassburg und das EU-Parlament waren leicht über den Radweg entlang des Marne-Rhein-Kanals zu erreichen. Wir benutzten ebenfalls den vor der Haustür abfahrenden Bus, um in die City zu gelangen (20 Minuten). Keine Frage, wir haben die Woche bei Jo und Fati genossen.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung war groß und schön eingerichtet. In der Küche fanden wir uns sehr gut zurecht. Im Badezimmer hat auch alles gepasst. Das Schlafzimmer war recht groß und das Bett bequem. Im Wohnzimmer fühlten wir uns auch sehr wohl. Die Infomaterialien im Wohnzimmer zu diversen Sehenswürdigkeiten waren sehr praktisch. Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich nur 15m vom Haus entfernt und bringt einen recht schnell in die Innenstadt von Strassburg. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in der näheren Umgebung ebenfalls genug. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und haben uns sehr warmherzig empfangen. Trotz kleinerer Verständigungsprobleme (wir konnten kein Französisch und sie konnten leider nur etwas deutsch) haben wir alles besprechen können was von Wichtigkeit war. Schreiben konnten Sie in sehr gutem Deutsch. Alles in allem kann ich den Aufenthalt dort empfehlen. Allerdings wäre eine Anreise mit einem kleinen Auto von Vorteil, da die Hofeinfahrt doch recht eng ist.
