Good value for money for short stay

Clean property and very friendly staff. Very close to city centre and to the venue where I attended an event.

No access to kitchen, it would've been lovely to have access to a microwave and facilities to make tea. View from window was a building site which was a bit noisy.

Student accomodations, ideal for work/study visits to Leeds

This is a student housing complex. As such it is ideal for a work trip or university course: affordable, clean, and generally quiet at night. It is also within walking distance of both the university and the train station

There were no garbage bags available (had to take care of my garbage myself), you have to remember to manually lock your room door upon leaving said room, and there is only open wifi (security concern).

Clean good location

Place was clean and convenient, Reception ladies in morning were very nice. Location is great right outside Merrion Center and first direct Arena. 15 min walk to LUU. 10 min walk to The Headrow. Towles and Soap all provided. Access permitted to shared facilities where you can get water (hot and cold) and tea.

The Kitchen in the flats were not available for use so don't expect to be able to put stuff in the fridge or heat up food. Would have been nice to get some water in the room instead of having to go to another floor. Currently construction going outside on so don't expect a nice view besides that noise is minimal. While in all was good. I think it could be a little cheaper as at the end of the day it is a student accommodation and the only reason why they have rooms for stay is because it was not filled up from the previous year.

Pretty annoying

Location. Clean

Was told we were not permitted to use the kitchens when i arrived - despite a picture of kitchen being in promotion stuff and many recent reviews saying how helpful it was to have kitchen. Was told we may be charged if we used the kitchens as we weren’t permitted to. Was told by reception they could not help me with any issues with accom and that we had to contact the company 365 who run it via their email address but we’re not on site. Stayed mon - Fri and when I asked at reception if my bin could be emptied they told me I had to do that myself using the wheelie bin and recycling area on ground floor. When I asked if I could have replacement bin liner was told I had to email through to 365 for this. When I did email 365 to ask for an iron and ironing board they replied to ask which accom/city I was in and when I told them they then didn’t reply for the rest of the trip. Whole stay was therefore a bit irritating and inconvenient. If I was told this prior to staying I could have made an informed decision to stay or not.

Good option if looking for self catering - clean, private, good views

Very clean and good to have your own ensuite room and shared kitchen for self catering. As it was the holidays and such a huge building, I had the kitchen to myself. The large window gives a good view over the city so a nice place for breakfast/dinner. It was a shame I only discovered the roof terrace on my last day as this is a really great place to sit and read a book/chat with friends. Good to have other facilities like (small) gym suite and social/study areas. Very good location for Leeds Beckett and also just a couple of blocks from the main city centre streets, but well sound proofed.

The room and bathroom were small, though not excessively so. The oddest thing for me was the lack of bins around and some confusing instructions (one email told me to take my rubbish from the bins, another one to the bins - presumably the ones in the kitchen as there were none in the room). Also, there was some toilet paper provided but very low quality so I ran out and had to buy more just for my last day. The other thing was that you have to check in by 10pm or pay a fee, which isn't ideal if taking an after-work train. I guess these are the compromises of staying in student accomodation rather than a hotel, but this is still a good option if you're prioritising self catering.

For me it was very convenient for my stay in Leeds. I enjoyed the safety in the building. The staff were very helpful.

Ok, wouldn’t stay again

Clean bedroom, with a small space it well put together and modern

Building work and demolition outside the room which wasn’t mentioned in the the listing. Far too many emails- I travel a lot and these automated emails about my stay became annoying I think over 10? - I had one request that bin liners, washing up liquid and sponge were provided in the kitchen as they were not there and they never arrived- as a paying guest I think this comes under the bare minimum that a host should provide Personally I think Leeds hotels are better value

Ein super Preis – Leistungs – Verhältnis, hoffentlich bleibt es so….

Das Zimmer war wirklich winzig, aber angesichts des Preises völlig angemessen und in sehr gutem Zustand.

Wäre auch noch ein TV enthalten, wäre es perfekt. Etwas nervig ist, dass an jeder Ecke mit hohen Strafen gedroht wird, wenn man die House Rules nicht 100-prozentig erfüllt.
