Comfortable Studio For 2 In Leeds, Free Breakfast

Breakfast was fine and the location was close to the Leeds rugby ground as I needed

No cups or kettle in room to make drinks, no toiletries in bathroom

Modern studio apartment with all mod cons but is purpose built student accommodation. Room had all great facilities like microwave, dishwasher, hob and oven. This part of Cardigan Road / Burley is a bit rough and ready - edgier part of Headingly - on the edge of (not really Headingly).

Free breakfast was continental type which was okay as didn't know what to expect. It was served in the communal reception area - promoted as 'grab & go. So you needed to provide your own mug and glass. Set up for long term letting as there is no cleaning products or means to clean and no bathroom products plus no mugs / cups in the kitchen and no kettle no tea / coffee. Bed was made up okay and 2 large bathroom towels provided. One toilet roll provided but no shower / shampoo. It's not a hotel but it is meant to be short term self catering but who wants to have to go to shops to stock up for basics just for the weekend? This part of Cardigan Road / Burley is a bit rough and ready - edgier part of Headingly - on the edge of (not really Headingly). Walk to and from the city centre is a bit grim.
