Excellent location

Everything was very clean and tidy. They thought about all the little things, cutleries, shampoo, soap, towels, hairdryer, toaster, cooking pans, you name it! We loved our stay. Their staff replied my message straight away at 3AM when I complained of loud noise from next door. This really helped! Not far from city center by car.

We struggled to find the duvet cover for the sofa bed, as there was a pile if all white folded sheets

Our overall stay was good, and we appreciate the efforts made by your staff. However, I wanted to highlight a few maintenance issues that need attention to ensure future guests have a more comfortable experience: Iron: The iron was in poor condition, with a lot of black residue on it. Unfortunately, it stained my husband’s shirt quite badly. Refrigerator: It was not cooling efficiently, which made it difficult to store food properly. Freezer: The middle compartment was broken, reducing its usability. Exhaust Fan: When we arrived, the exhaust fan over the stove wasn’t working. Thankfully, the staff was responsive and got it fixed promptly. Sofa Bed: One of the sofa beds was damaged on one side of the hinge, making it difficult to open and close. Wi-Fi: The Wi-Fi didn’t work for two days during our stay, and unfortunately, no one was able to resolve the issue during that time. Suggestions for Improvement: Consider replacing the current wardrobe with a solid wooden one. The existing setup is quite flimsy and not suitable for hanging clothes. Install pegs or hooks on room doors and in the bathroom to allow guests to hang jackets, towels, or other items. This small addition would make a big difference in convenience. I’m sharing this feedback not as a complaint, but to help you identify and fix these minor issues before they become bigger problems. Many guests might overlook or not mention such details, but addressing them will definitely enhance the durability of the property and improve the overall guest experience. Not a relaxing place to stay very loud !! Smelt of smoke !!

Smelt of smoke even though it says no smoking !! Also very loud , parties going on till 4 in the morning , front door slams so for people who sleep in the living area get woken up

Location and clean

We were at the main entrance so there was noise when people are coming in and out of the building. Water was cold and the heating as-well, but it got resolved very quickly .

Nice flat - not good complex

The company that own the flat were superb. Really good communication, flat lively and big, clean and well equipped. Responded when an issue arose (see below)

On the 2nd night there were some stomping around in flat upstairs after 10pm. On the 3rd night, shouting, laughing, dragging furniture, coming downstairs and slamming front door, stood outside my bedroom window smoking and talking loudly up to 1am!!! I informed company, who responded that they were contacting tenants above. I made other arrangements for following night as I am up at 5am for work and could not trust I’d get anymore than 4hrs sleep like the previous night. Company did not give any reimbursement even though clearly had 2 communications with them after midnight the night before. Would not stay again due to other people in complex.

Pobyt umiarkowany, ze względu na średnią czystość i hałasy dochądzące w nocy

Lokal usytuowany blisko Pubu. Ma duży parking który był zamykany przez pierwsze trzy dni, potem brama była otwarta. Ale swój duży parking uważam za duży plus. Duży telewizor i przestrzenny pokój to atut tego miejsca. Kuchnia wyposażona bardzo dobrze. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Po mojej uwadze, że są dwa ręczniki na cztery osoby, zostały nam dostarczone brakujące dwa.

Czystość należy poprawić. Sporo kurzu na meblach czy szafce od pieca gazowego. Lokal wymaga odświeżenia bo sporo rzeczy trzeba naprawić. Przede wszystkim w szafkach kuchennych jest smród od wilgoci. Wszystkie naczynia wyjeliśmy z szafek i dokładnie umyliśmy przed użyciem. Niestety przez trzy dni ktoś krzyczał i głośno hałasował w pokoju nad nami i to o 2-3 w nocy. Dzieci się bały krzyków i hałasu i nie mogły zasnąć. Chciałem się przenieść do innego lokalu, ale po 3 dniach było spokojniej i zdecydowaliśmy się zostać.
